David Allen Boileau (above), 58, was arrested on Tuesday
A Florida man accused of breaking into his Iraqi neighbor's home and terrorizing the family with racially charged threats could face hate crime charges, police have said.
When David Allen Boileau, 58, was arrested by Pasco County Police on January 22, he allegedly told responding officers if he couldn't get rid of his middle-eastern neighbors then 'Trump [would] handle it'.
According to a police report, Boileau admitted to breaking and entering the Al Hakeem home on Tuesday where a number of items were reported missing by the family, including a purse, credit cards and an identification card.
He also claimed to find 'immigration papers' inside the Holiday, Florida property, according to officers.
In a Pasco County Police report, an attending officer detailed Boileau's tirade of racial abuse and prejudice. He repeatedly told officers the Hakeem family 'don't belong here', as well as saying 'Trump [will] handle it.'

Boileau was spotted exiting the home by a neighbor, Lonny Cox, just 24 hours after he reportedly threw nails underneath the Al Hakeem family car, in the hope of damaging it or bursting the tires.
As he threw the nails, witnesses have told police the defendant yelled: 'We'll get rid of them one way or another.'
Upon his arrest on Tuesday, Boileau's racial tirade continued as he allegedly told police: 'They don't belong here...the US needs to get rid of them all.'
'If [I don't] get rid of them, Trump will handle it.'
Mother-of-four, Mrs Al Hakeem said Boileau thinks they're 'bad people', in an interview with ABC News.
'I know there's some bad people from the Middle East, that's why we're here.'
24 hours before his arrest, neighbors detailed how the defendant had thrown nails at the Hakeem family car, in a bid to damage it or burst their tires
The sister of the victim revealed the family moved to the country legally after she served as an interpreter for the US Army in Iraq for two years.
'That's why we came here because our life was in danger,' Hakeem added.
Pasco Sherrif Chris Nocco announced the arrest on Wednesday to reiterate the county's zero-tolerance police on crimes driven by racism or prejudice.
He described the actions of Boileau as 'horrific'.
'We have to send a clear message out there,' Nocco said.
'And that message is it doesn't matter your race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, the Pasco County Sherrif's Office is going to uphold laws and make sure everyone is safe.
'This is one of those things that's absolutely disgusting. It's absolutely horrific. And everyone should feel welcomed.'

Boileau recently moved three doors down from the Al Hakeem family in Pinehurst Drive.
The family have reportedly lived at the address for three years without previous incident.
'He said he doesn't like them.
'He wished they weren't in the community - which is ironic, because he's the one who moved into our community.'
Boileau has been charged with burglary, and the case will now be referred to the FBI to investigate the incident as potential hate crime.
On January 27, 2017 President Trump signed an executive order banning travel from several Middle-Eastern countries to the US. The order followed his 2015 calls for a 'total ban' on Muslims entering the country
Two years ago, President Trump signed an executive order which he claimed was going to '[Protect] the Nation From Foreign Terrorist Entry Into the United States.'
Quickly becoming known as the Travel Ban, it blocked entry to the US from seven countries, including several from the Middle-East.
The order was widely criticized as being Islamophobic by Democrats and Republicans.
In 2015, Trump called for 'a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States'.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
