Details of the purchase emerged as Rita posted accounts for her companies which show she is £5 million in credit.
The new home has the entire floor of a swanky villa style mansion in West London. It has three bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and a massive roof terrace with a bar area.
Estate agents said it was 'luxurious accommodation with state of the art technology’ and boasted a stunning lounge with a stereo and heating controlled by iPad.

Neighbours: The singer, 28, has bought a £3.25 million pad in west London close to a host of celebrities including David and Victoria Beckham, who live up the road
Rita has just published accounts for two of her companies, Ora Multi Services Limited and Ora Live Limited, which together reveal profits of £5 million - up by £1.2 million the previous year.
Those figures are likely to soar in the coming year as they do not include sales of Rita’s second album Phoenix or ticket money from her upcoming gigs or shows last year.
Details of the home purchase were revealed in a third company Rita set up to buy the new pad.
She still owns a house in North West London which cost £1.15 million six years ago and is now worth nearly £1.6 million.
She handed the keys to that pad to her parents Vera and Nick as touring commitments meant she spent so little time in the home.

Her mother Vera and father Nick have since renovated the pad and given it a luxurious feel.
Rita previously revealed her reasons for giving away her home, telling Free Radio: 'I think I've ended up giving the house to my parents, actually. They need it more than me. I'm never really in one place.
'I'm back to square one but at least my parents have a place.'
The Hot Right Now hitmaker has been able to witness the stunning transformation in her former abode, as she celebrated Christmas at the house along with friends and family, and often stays there when she's not travelling.
Rita has previously spoken about owing everything to her parents, who came to the UK as refugees from Kosovo.
They scrimped and saved so Rita could attend Sylvia Young theatre school as a teen but she nearly blew it all by partying and not taking her education seriously, all while her mum was battling breast cancer - yet now she is working towards paying them back for their generosity.
Rita released Phoenix in November and is planning a number of arena dates in the UK later this year.
As well as music she has boosted her income with acting roles in TV and film, including the Fifty Shades of Grey series. She also has had a series of lucrative deals with brands like Addidas, Coca Cola, DKNY and Samsung.

Talented: Rita has amassed a £10million fortune through her singing, with her income set to soar this year following the release of her second album Phoenix

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
