This is the disgusting moment an insect crawls out of a cheese and ham pastry as a TV chef turns to his assistant to show off one of his day's recipes.
Argentinian chef Santiago Giorgini was preparing dough for more examples when he asked an aide to open up one he had made earlier so viewers could see how to make the perfect mix.
An insect that appeared to be an ant - although some fans of the show took to social media to claim it was a cockroach - picked the very same moment to crawl through the freshly-baked delicacy.

The bug made its appearance when chef Santiago Giorgini (pictured) asked his assistant to show the pre-made pastry to the camera
Santiago, chef for a morning cookery programme on Buenos Aires-based station Telefe, was elsewhere in the studio and failed to spot what was inside the pastry - known as an empanada in Argentina - as he said: 'There's Rodri showing what a real empanada looks like, with a really good filling.
'Do you want your ham and cheese empanada to look the same? With the ham inside the pastry and the cheese melted properly?
The yuck moment happened on a programme called 'Morfi, todos a la mesa' which translates in English as 'Dinner-time, come to the table.'
One viewer reacted seconds later on social media by replaying the images alongside the message: 'I was watching Morfi, they showed a ham and cheese empanada and a cockroach crawled out from inside. How disgusting!
Another joked: 'It's better with the cockroach. Show fan Mercedes Barradas said: 'It looks like they didn't disinfect the studio properly.
The bug appeared briefly and then disappeared as the pastry was opened to show viewers what was inside
'An insect appeared in an empanada.'
No-one on the programme, hosted by model Zaira Nada, made any comment while it was on air, although the TV footage showed Santiago's assistant appeared to realise the pasty had an unexpected extra ingredient because he turned it to one side so the insect couldn't be seen.
The video has gone viral across South America.
One viewer said: 'I don't give a damn if it was a fly, a cockroach or an ant. It was alive and crawling around the empanada and it made me feel sick.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
