An angry neighbour 'slashed and stabbed a terrified podiatrist and her son as he yelled 'I'm going to f***ing kill you' in an attack sparked by a row over a driveway at their £350,000 homes.
Michael Marucci and podiatrist neighbour Julia Doble became embroiled in a legal battle after water running off his driveway allegedly caused damp along the side of her house in Dorset.
Marucci had become frustrated with the court proceedings and had told Mrs Doble that he wanted to settle out of court and sell his property.
A jury heard Marucci, enraged by a letter from Mrs Doble offering to buy his home after civil court proceedings were started by her, stormed round to their house with a craft knife.

Mrs Doble had crafted the letter, which stated that she would also offer to cover his solicitor's fees, as well as any other fees he had occurred during the court proceedings.
However, Marucci had become angry after Mrs Doble offered him just £300,000 for his detached house, which is valued at around £350,000.
After crashing through his neighbours' front door at the property on Burleigh Road in Bournemouth, he screamed 'I'm going to f***ing kill you', before slashing at Mrs Doble's computer software developer son Kieran's throat, chest and arm.
Marucci, 48, also cut Mrs Doble's arm, having already attempted to knife the family's pet labrador, Norbert, as he was held back by his partner, Jackie.
A terrifying 999 call was played in court today, in which Marucci can be heard screaming, 'you think I am an idiot'.
Raging, he starts shouting 'make me get out', before adding 'you're trying to take my house off me you f***ing b****' and telling podiatrist Mrs Doble, 51, 'I will cut your throat now'.
Winchester Crown Court heard Mrs Doble's son had seen an angry Marucci storming through their gate and up the driveway before bursting through the front door with a 'short' red-handled craft knife.
It was heard the defendant had received a letter on the day of the attack from Mrs Doble offering to buy his three-bed house in Dorset, for £300,000.

Giving evidence, software developer Mr Doble told jurors Marucci had screamed he was going to kill them with 'extreme anger'.
The 23-year-old said: 'We had known Mr Marucci since he moved in to the house next door in 2007, about 11 years.
'Things had always been pleasant, we had always chatted in the street when we passed each other.
'There wasn't an event that changed things between us. There were court proceedings going on between him and my mother, Julia.
'It was about whether water running from his driveway down the side of our house was causing damp.'

On August 10 Mr Doble had been sat in his bedroom with his girlfriend Lucy, where they could see out across the street.
'I saw Mr Marucci storm across the front of the house and heard the gate open and the front door, which was unlocked, slam open.
'He didn't knock, the door just opened with force. I was already on my way to the front door because I had seen him storming across the driveway.
'When I got there I saw he had a knife in his right hand. It was short, with a red handle.
'He said, 'I am going to f***ing kill you,' that was the first thing he said. He said it with extreme anger.
'Our dog, it's a labrador, came running to the door and he went to attack him with the knife. I intervened and he slit my throat.
'He very quickly and very deliberately went for my carotid artery. Initially I had no idea I had been cut. He then cut across my chest.
'At some point, his partner came in. He continued to try and reach over his partner to try and attack us, he was trying to stab and slash with the knife, and he did cut my mum's arm.
'He was in the hallway for about five minutes in total.'
The court heard Mrs Doble had been to Marucci's house around five hours before the attack, at about 2pm, with a letter offering to buy his house from him and end their dispute.
Mrs Doble told the court: 'He came to me on the Wednesday before the attack and said he had had enough of the court case and he wanted to settle out of court and sell his property.
'I said to him he still owed me money from the damages to my house and he told me I would only get a small percentage of what I was claiming for.'
Mrs Doble told Marucci she would need to think about things and would let him know in writing. She then posted a letter offering to buy the property, which also covered solicitor fees and other fees he had incurred.
That evening, she said he dog Norbet had been barking at someone outside the house, which wasn't unusual, however the situation the escalated when Mr Doble's girlfriend Lucy started screaming.
'I leapt from my sofa and ran out to the hallway and saw Michael and his partner. I then ran back to grab my phone and rang 999.
'When I was in the hallway, his partner Jackie was in front of him and I got in front of the Kieran and Lucy.'
Mrs Doble said Michael was slashing with the craft knife over his partner, whilst screaming that he was going to cut her f***ing neck.
'Saying he was going to take my f***ing head off, saying I was trying to steal their home and called me a c***.
'All those lovely words. But he was just threatening to kill us really.'
Mrs Doble said she has scar from where Marucci cut her.
Opening the case today, prosecutor Simon Jones added: 'The prosecution case is that this defendant attempted to murder Kieran Doble.
'He took the knife he armed himself with to confront his next door neighbours and it turned into a frenzied attack. That, the prosecution say, makes him guilty.'
Marucci, of Bournemouth, denies attempted murder and two counts of wounding with intent.
The trial continues.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
