Shocking: Loose Women viewers lambasted Gloria Hunniford during Friday's show, after she repeatedly referred to transgender women as 'he/she'
During the heated debate, Gloria repeatedly referred to trans women as men, and also panellists, Stacey, Andrea McLean and Nadia Sawalha: 'If a man still has his willy and all his tackle then as far as I am concerned he-she is a man.'
But Stacey quickly countered: 'Just because someone who identifies as a women but hasn't had the operation, which is a really extreme operation... because it's quite extreme and a lot to go through.
'However for all their lives they have felt like a woman or a man and feeling like they are inside the wrong body.
'For me I feel if you wouldn't want to be on a ward with the opposite gender, then these women, who identify as women, feel exactly the same as you.
'They do not want to be on a ward with men because they have always felt they are a woman.'
Controversial: Meanwhile Stacey Solomon was praised for defending the transgender community, with many branding her views 'a breath of fresh air'
Her words sparked outrage from many viewers, who complained that she was using the wrong terminology to describe the transgender community.
One furiously wrote: '@loosewomen tell Gloria the correct terminology would be 'they.' Not he/she #supporttransrights.'
Another added: 'What Andrea McLean and Gloria Hunniford have essentially said is 'I'm happy for you to be what you want to be, just as long as it's not in my face.'
A third also pointed out: 'Your discussion today on transgender people in the NHS was appalling. The intro itself by Andrea included nothing but negative connotations and words. And then @nadiasawalha asked why trans people cant just have a pvt room?? Thank goodness for @Stacey Solomon as always.'

She posted: 'Here's an idea @loosewomen how about you have a TRANS woman on there to speak rather than be spoke ABOUT? no one is equipped for this conversation and that's NOT fair.'
A viewer also replied in agreement: 'Literally!!! Four women commenting on how a trans person feels. Invite a trans person to explain their feelings instead.'

'Well done Stacey! Need more people like you supporting trans peoples rights. A trans man is a man, a trans woman is a woman.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
