«Breaking News» Lauren Goodger hits back at her critics with a bikini throwback

Lauren Goodger has hit back her fitness critics and claimed that she has the 'knowledge and experience' to achieve a sculpted physique.

The 32-year-old former TOWIE star shared a throwback snap of herself wearing a blue bikini looking incredibly toned to her Instagram story on Wednesday evening.

Alongside the image she claimed that she 'lived in the gym and didn't take one supplement' during the time the image was taken.

She asked the people who had slammed her new fitness page to 'believe' her that she knows what she is talking about, before claiming that she had no help apart from a lifestyle and weight lifting change.

Her new fitness account, which is currently set to private, claims to 'show you all things training , food and lifestyle .. building that booty.'

Lauren also confirmed that she hadn't edited the image in any way, adding 'yes these are my legs' to the snap which she had posted on her story.

Lauren also added a selection of other sultry bikini snaps to her page, before asking her followers 'should I get back to this?', referring to her chiselled form.

Despite her claims that she has the know-how, Lauren doesn't appear to have any official fitness qualifications, and is also continuing to plug weight loss products.

The gym bunny regularly shares videos and pictures from her intense workouts, and insists she has achieved her pert posterior through squats and weight training.

Speaking out about the claims in 2016, she told the Mirror: 'I do squats but that only counts for about 20% of what you see. The other 80% is weight training. Jumping is also a brilliant exercise to do as well.'

Forced to laugh off persistent rumours of bum lift and surgery, Lauren did concede in 2018 that she had undergone vaser liposuction - a treatment that utilises ultrasound to break down fat and then removes it using suction.

Lauren - who is in the midst of launching her own dating app - is believed to be single at the moment, following the break down of her relationship with Joey in July last year.

The blonde dated jailbird Joey Morrisson for nearly two years on and off, but they split last year - he was imprisoned in 2008 for serious drugs related offences.

Speaking to Closer magazine, after the split, the former TOWIE star revealed she had been celibate for two years and isn't prepared to just sleep with anyone.

She said: 'I'm a very sexual person, but I don't want to be intimate with someone unless I'm in a relationship. I want to settle down and have the fairytale.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
