They are already parents to three children: daughter North, five, son Saint, three, and daughter Chicago, 11 months.

They welcomed Chicago on January 15, 2018 via surrogate as well.

TMZ revealed that they are using another surrogate for baby number four because their previous surrogate was unavailable.

'They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it worked out,' E! News' insider explained. 

Kim had difficult pregnancies with North and Saint due to her condition: Placenta Acrreta, which is life threatening. 

The serious condition occurs when the placenta grows too deep into the uterine wall; upon delivery of the child, the placenta fails to detach, which can lead to severe blood loss, according to the Mayo Clinic.

'They are working with a second carrier now that is pregnant and will give birth in the spring,” said an insider to People. 

The source added that the pregnancy is 'smooth' thus far and noted: 'Just like the last time, Kim is very involved with the carrier.'

Two days after the announcement, the couple were spotted kissing on the balcony of a new condo in Miami that Kanye had reportedly bought for the soon-to-be mother-of-four.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage.
