«Breaking News» Coronation Street: Bhavna Limbachia CONFIRMS tragic end for Rana who will DIE in Kate Connor's arms

She's one of Coronation Street's best-loved residents, with her engagement to Kate Connor stealing the hearts of soap viewers.

But Rana Habeeb is set to be killed off in a harrowing storyline, as confirmed by the actress Bhavna Limbachia.

Bhavna, 34, who has played the nurse since 2016, took to Twitter to post a video, in which she firmed up the news to fans and insisted it was her own decision.

This comes after rumours had circulated that Rana was due to meet a sticky demise - with Bhavna taking it upon herself to clarify the matter.

In the video, the actress said: 'I just want to say thank you so so much for following Rana's journey, and for the continued support for the story-line.

'I have some news: my time at Coronation Street is coming to an end. 

'Don't worry guys, I have extended my contract, there's still a lot more to film. I’ve had a wonderful time here but there’s still lots more to film and I’m really grateful to Iain, our producer, for respecting my decision to leave and we have collaborated to come up with an amazing exit storyline so thank you so much.

A Corrie spokesperson confirmed: 'Bhavna Limbachia will be leaving Coronation Street later this year, she made the decision last year and spoke to Producer Iain MacLeod when he joined the show about her plans to leave.

'She has been fully involved in the discussions about Rana's leaving story, the details of which we are hoping to keep under wraps for the viewers. Bhavna is a talented actress and we wish her every success for the future.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol.
