'Lets tell women they don’t need all this stuff!' DJ Tigerlily admitted to getting Botox and lip fillers in a social media post on Wednesday. She is pictured on left at the University of Sydney in 2011, and right in a recent PETA ad
'In regards to the Botox that I have had, I get just enough to stop the frown line in my forehead from getting any deeper.
'You know that little (annoying) line that comes up in between your eye brows when you see your boyfriend stealing your food haha, yep that one!'
She also revealed she augments her lips with injectable filler regularly, sharing: 'I get this done every 6-9 months and get between 0.5-1ML each time.'⠀⠀
The successful DJ from Sydney went on to explain she loves her face and only engages in cosmetic treatments to 'enhance her natural beauty.'

'Don’t get me wrong, I BLOODY LOVE my face and whenever I have had anything done it has always been about enhancing my natural beauty and the elements on my face that I already love,' she said.
However in the latter half of the post, she said she takes issue with the way 'a lot of influencers' are encouraging women to adhere to 'perfect' beauty standards.
'More and more I am seeing young women (and when I say young I mean 18-19 year olds) posting about how they have had X, Y and Z done to their face and bodies,' the DJ explained.
Be careful who you influence! However in the latter half of her post, DJ Tigerlily appeared to take issue with the way 'a lot of influencers' are encouraging women to adhere to 'perfect' beauty standards
'And I feel like influencers and social media have had a part to play in encouraging this behaviour, and the obsession to look 'perfect'.
'I see social influencers talking about their experiences, what they have had done themselves, tagging their surgeons, doing promos and giveaways for their doctors/nurses, and doing FULL ON youtube videos about their boob jobs etc. Eeeek!'
The blonde maintained that 'normalising' cosmetic and plastic procedures is good, however she believes it might be 'problematic' in encouraging women to get work done.
She also highlighted the readily accessible details of surgeons and the like might be precarious for young followers.
Wild child! Tigerlily, known today for her blonde and fluorescent hair, was a wnatural brunette before her A-list makeover
'The majority of these influencers have a young audience and I do think normalising the issue is good, but encouraging women to participate and actively giving them access to surgeons might be problematic,' she wrote.
'I am ALL about women feeling empowered by making changes to their body. We live in a society and time where we are privileged to be able to do so in a relatively safe and controlled environment.
'HOWEVER, I think it’s time that we start telling women that they don’t NEED all this stuff to look pretty, or feel pretty. You are pretty just the way you are!'
What's her secret? These days DJ Tigerlily is known for her golden perma-tan, a flawless bikini body and a remarkably plump pout
She concluded her post by urging her legion of followers, whom might be interested in getting work done, to thoroughly examine the process.
'I would really encourage everyone that is considering getting any work done to take their time with their decision, consider the pros and cons, to do their research (not just look at who has been tagged by an influencer),' she wrote.
'And go for a doctor/nurse/surgeon that has been in the industry for a long time and who has the right qualifications.'
The Australian DJ is as well known for her music as she is for her striking beauty.
Tigerlily is best known for her hit single Paradise, which was released in 2015.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
