«Breaking News» Binky Felstead admits she's 'scared' of  how quickly her ex Josh Patterson will find someone new

Binky Felstead split from Josh 'JP' Patterson earlier this year, revealing to MailOnline at the time that there's 'no drama' between them, and that everything's 'just fine'.

And the Made In Chelsea starlet, 28, has now spoken further about the matter, insisting that the former-couple's daughter India, one, is their top priority.

'It was literally a mutual decision. Things hadn’t been right for a while, but we’d kind of painted over it. I think doing that was unfair on India as well as ourselves. We can’t stick together just because we have a baby,' she told The Sun.

Despite things be amicable, Binky admitted apprehension about watching JP move on - and stressed that she isn't looking for anyone else romantically yet.

'Josh will find someone very quickly, and that kind of scares me. The scariest thing for me is thinking about being on my own, and how am I going to meet someone again when I have a baby? Because who wants to think about being on their own'

She added: 'Of course, hopefully one day, but I’m not there yet. I’m not even thinking about that. As long as Josh and I are in a good place together that’s all that matters, because that’s what’s perfect for India.'

She also revealed that she and JP still speak every day.

'We've both been really amicable,' she told us, a month after they split. 'Josh is still seeing India whenever he wants. This will absolutely not affect her. He still comes over and we put her to bed together.

'So actually, not much has really changed.'

The couple's romance was charted on the E4 reality show that made them both famous, with various ups and downs over time. During an episode of the 13th season - their last full-time stint on the show - Binky announced she and JP were expecting a child.

The brunette insisted that the whirlwind she and JP both experienced prepared her for the the situation they now find themselves in - and for what has happened over the last month.

'I had to grow up really quickly,' she admitted. 'And since the split I have kept my head busy. I have taken on different projects and, yeah, it's not always been easy.

'But India is our top priority - both of us. She is still so young. I think it just got to a point where Josh and I were at that stage in the relationship when we needed to be apart.'

She went on: 'Towards the end it just wasn't right between us as a couple, but there was no shouting and screaming. No drama.

'Ever since then it's been really fine. We just both focus on India, and she still sees us together, chatting, being friendly. It's just normal. And we don't really have time to think about it.'

The reality starlet announced the news of her and JP's split while she was at one of her Mummy Tribe wellness retreats - the business she launched after having India 16 months ago.

'It was great to be at the retreat because I was surrounded by wonderful women, and I felt so supported and empowered,' she said. 'It was honestly the best place to be.'

Of her business, she said she ‘just wanted to make life a little easier for other new mums’.

’It all started as a fitness retreat for some of my friends. We exercised and shared stories, I was able to watch India play with other children. I left feeling like a new person, and it honestly changed the way I viewed motherhood. I don’t think I had realised how lonely I had been,' she shared.

Apple of her eye: 'India is our top priority - both of us. She is still so young. I think it just got to a point where Josh and I were at that stage in the relationship when we needed to be apart,' Binky admitted

Since then, Mummy Tribe has hosted several retreats, all with a mix of exercise and learning, and a blog and planning workshops are also now available.

'I am just really happy to be part of something that is making a difference,' Binky said. 'Every time somebody messages me to say they’ve learnt something new, or they’ve been able to face up to something they couldn’t before, or they’ve made a new friend I get a real kick. It’s why I’m doing this.'

After her split became public knowledge, Binky took to Instagram to post about how the mothers who came along to her September Mummy Tribe 'made me smile, shared stories (and wine) and generally helped look after me'.

She added: 'You have all been amazing and being with you this week was exactly what I needed. Lots of powerful, kind and smart women to hang out with.

'Mummy Tribe has been an oasis to me in my most difficult times and I love that I can provide this experience to other mums and help others know that however much they are struggling, they are not alone as we are all on the same crazy and rewarding journey of motherhood.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
