What does Arielle Lorre eat in a typical day?

For 7,500 kilojoules in one day:

Pre breakfast: Matcha latte with hemp milk, collagen peptides, MCT oil, manuka honey

Breakfast: Eggs cooked in ghee with vegetables, kraut, avocado

Snack: Bulletproof collagen bar

Lunch: Greens with lots of roasted vegetables and a protein and my homemade tahini dressing

Snack: Loaded homemade chia pudding

Dinner: Green vegetables, squash, and a protein/or homemade pumpkin curry/or homemade chili

Dessert: Chocolate

The MCT oil, which is a fat usually extracted from coconut oil, has been known to promote weight loss, reduce lactate build up in athletes and help control blood sugar levels.

Following that she'll eat eggs cooked in ghee with vegetables, kraut and avocado.

Many of the meals she prepares are made at home so she can control the amount and type of ingredients that are being put in.

Her snack consists of a Bulletproof collagen bar before she consumes greens with lots of roasted vegetables, a protein and homemade tahini dressing. This might be followed with chestnut or homemade almond crackers with avocado.

A second snack later in the day is usually homemade chia pudding - made with omega-3 loaded chia seeds - and dinner is green vegetables, squash, and a protein or homemade pumpkin curry.

Arielle also allows herself dessert which is usually chocolate. She has whipped up brownies made of sweet potato to show her followers in the past.

Upon reviewing her food diary some of her 216,000 Instagram followers were unsure why she wasn't eating a wide variety of fruit.

'Let me start by saying fresh whole fruit has so many benefits! I love it. I eat it. It's great,' she explained.

'I'm just avoiding it right now because of the yeast in my gut that I'm combating. I'm not doing a "candida cleanse" or avoiding natural sugars altogether but in an effort to nip this thing in the bud I'm not eating fruit FOR NOW.'

While it may seem like a lot of food the stunning blonde needs to fuel her body with energy to complete her daily PWR workouts by Kelsey Wells.

PWR is based on a hypertrophy style of resistance training, which is designed to help increase lean muscle and strength throughout the entire body.

The goal is the minimise cardio and increase weights training each week.

Two years ago, when Arielle felt as though she'd 'lost control' of her body, she turned to Australian-based nutrition guide Bikini Body Guide (BBG).

With a number of gut and hormone issues, a restrictive approach to food and excessive attitude towards exercise she found Kayla Itsines' guide a fun way to learn more about fitness.

Starting slowly Arielle sporadically did some of the cardio and body weight routines over the course of a few weeks, struggling to do the entire 28 minutes.

'The physical activity helped to shift my approach to the way I was eating as well; I needed food to fuel my workouts, and I ended up restricting less. This didn't happen overnight but gradually,' she told Popsugar.

After a year of doing the program it became obvious to Arielle that while her image was transforming and her composition was changing - her weight was staying largely the same.

For three months she decided to track her macros religiously, and while she doesn't recommend it for everyone because it can get obsessive, she did garner a greater understanding of portion control

Her macros for fat loss were about 1,800 calories of 40 per cent carbs, 30 per cent protein, and 30 per cent fat, although sometimes she followed a 35 per cent carb, 30 per cent protein and 35 per cent fat ratio.

Now she has a much more balanced approach to nutrition, only avoiding specialist ingredients like flax, green beans, kidney beans and cane sugar to keep her gut in check.

She's also reduced the stress on her body, which can easily inflame her gut, by incorporating Pilates into her routine

Throughout an almost two year period of putting her health first, Arielle's weight has only fluctuated by two kilos.

'The major victories I have experienced have been non-scale-related.

'Those victories have been almost entirely in my mindset - how well I treat my body, my newfound patience with the process, and understanding that this is not a race to a finish line,' she told the publication.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
