The Latin American beauty who had a two-year affair with married actor Stephen Baldwin has revealed how they made a list of 15 sexual fantasies and fulfilled them during steamy trysts at hotels and her Los Angeles apartment.
Professional masseuse and musician Ruth Perez Anselmi told DailyMailTV she fell in love with New York-based Baldwin during his regular visits to her hometown of Los Angeles for work.
And she reveals how The Usual Suspects star was so desperate to keep their affair secret he disguised himself and sometimes pretended to be homeless in a bid to sneak into her apartment undetected.
But Baldwin, 52, was caught red-handed by DailyMailTV having secret trysts with brunette Anselmi - cheating on his loyal wife of 28-years, Kennya.
Born Again Christian Baldwin, whose model daughter Hailey is married to pop superstar Justin Bieber, was caught on camera sneaking into his mistress' luxury apartment building on Wilshire Boulevard in Hollywood late at night and meeting regularly with Anselmi for sex in hotels during business trips to LA.

The 39-year-old revealed the two met in 2016 when Stephen was receiving massage therapy for his back in Los Angeles
Venezuelan Anselmi, 38, said: 'I fell in love with Stephen, he is a super nice man and he is a great lover.
'We have been seeing each other for two years and became very close.
'We talked about our sexual fantasies. That's why we are together because he said, "I will make all your fantasies happen, anything you want," and that's what we were doing.
'We made a list of 15 sexual fantasies that we were working through step by step because we want to be comfortable.
'One day we do one fantasy, the other day we do number two.'
Anselmi revealed their fantasies included role-play, using sex toys and threesome sex with another woman – he even asked his mistress to dress in male clothing during one sexual encounter.
'He wanted for me to dress as a man, which I did, I wanted to have a threesome with a woman and we were planning to do that with one of my friends - unfortunately he won't get to do that with me now.'

Baldwin met Anselmi at a Reseda physical therapy school in the summer of 2016 in LA where she was learning how to be a masseuse.
'He came in to receive a treatment. He was a nice guy, but he came in and said "do you know who I am?"
'I said, no sir, I don't care, remove your clothes and get on the table. I was thinking, who is this person? He is thinking he's God.
'He didn't tell me he was famous and I didn't ask who he was.
'I was working very professional as I do.'
After Anselmi finished giving him a massage and gave him a drink of water they began chatting.
'I said to him he had a nice jacket, he said he bought it in Paris,' Anselmi recalls.
'I said I love Galeries Lafayette (a Paris shopping mall) and he said he bought it there, and we clicked, he asked for my telephone number. He asked maybe three times and had his telephone in his hands and I said, "sorry I can't I can get in trouble."'
Anselmi said Baldwin was undeterred and came back the next day.
'I saw his name on the booking, he didn't use his real name he used the initials, JF, and I was like, "oh no."
'But this time he was a little more elegant, he was a gentleman, relaxed and super nice.
'I gave him a massage and he said, "can you please give me your telephone number and I promise you will be the most happy lady in the world." He was really trying.

'I was like, he looked nice, I'm not perfect, I am divorced and not dating anyone, why not? I gave him my number.'
Anselmi said Baldwin texted her four or five times over the following days before asking whether he could come to her house for a massage. The relationship almost came to a shuddering halt, however.
'Stephen said he was coming at 9, I have my massage table, I have champagne, candles, I have everything for him waiting and he didn't come and said he couldn't come until 12.
'I was super angry, so he was calling me, I told him I was waiting and he can't do this to me, he was like "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I promise next time I will be better."
'I told him there won't be a next time, I said, you're not coming any more to see me, you're not coming any more to my house.
'I drank the champagne, closed my massage table and went to sleep.'
Anselmi said Baldwin flooded her with calls and messages but she ignored him, before eventually giving him a second chance.
'He came to my house again and this time he was on time,' she said.
'I like his anatomy, he was nice and after the massage which was professional, he said to me, "will you come to my place now?" he said it was near the massage school.
'It was a long way from where I lived but I agreed and we went in his car.
'We went to a very nice hotel and he was being super romantic, that's why I like him.'
Anselmi said that night they had sex and Baldwin proved to be a great lover – but not the best she's had.
She explained: 'I can tell you I was married 20 years and my ex-husband he was French, so I would say Stephen is the second best sex I have had in my life. My ex-husband and Stephen.

She was training to be a professional masseuse at a school in Reseda when she met Baldwin
'Stephen was being super nice and he said, "can you stay to sleep?' I did and we had room service the next morning.'
But again trouble brewed over Baldwin's support for Donald Trump, who at the time would have been campaigning to become president.
'I remember we was watching the news and Donald Trump came on, who I don't like, and we began to fight,' Anselmi recalls.
'I was like, "you know what I will not sleep with you tonight," he was like, "Ruth please don't go."'
'I said, "if you like so much Donald Trump, call Donald Trump and he can do massage for you."'
Anselmi says after Baldwin left LA to return to New York they regularly texted together and sometimes chatted over FaceTime when he was on his travels.
She also regularly sent the actor sexy photos of herself and he would occasionally send her selfies.
During the next two and a half years, the pair met up around 15-20 times, Anselmi says.
'We always have phone calls, we do FaceTime, we like to share things because he was traveling a lot,' she said.
'But every time he came to LA he would text me and we would meet up, either at my house and then my apartment or in hotels. We liked to go to Mr C hotel in Beverly Hills, this is my favorite place. This became our place.
'When he come he would wear a baseball cap and glasses as a disguise and if I met him in the street he would act like a homeless man, bending his back and walking funny.

This is Ruth Anselmi's apartment on Wilshire Blvd where Baldwin has been seen visiting for their secret trysts
'Last year I only saw him only four times and the year before around seven times, this year many times.
'I start to have some feelings for him because he started taking care of me, worrying about me. We start to be very good friends and I was thinking this is nice.'
It wasn't until eight months into the long-distance relationship that Anselmi – whose first language is Spanish and rarely watches TV - discovered Baldwin was a famous actor.
'I didn't know this, this is the truth,' she said.
'I was thinking now I understand why he is so busy, why he is never on time.
'Stephen he never told me that he was married, never. He just told me that he had a daughter and showed me the picture, she's very pretty, he is very proud.
'He never talked about the wife.'
Eventually Anselmi became more curious about her famous lover and Googled him.
'After about ten months, 11 months, I looked him up on the internet and saw that he was married and I was upset,' she recalls.
'I remember I was with my father and we watched a movie with Stephen in it.
'I tried to talk to Stephen about his wife but he wouldn't talk, it made me sad.'
As her feelings grew stronger for the star, however, Anselmi decided to ignore his marital status and continue with the relationship – no questions asked.
Anselmi said she 'liked' the intimacy of their relationship and described Baldwin as a 'passionate' lover.

'Everyone has sex in a relationship but he was super sweet, he's taking care of me very well,' she said.
But she claims she once had to take Plan B – a pill to prevent pregnancy - after they had unprotected sex.
'For me the sex was getting better because I was having feelings, I feel more relaxed, more open,' she says.
'That's why it make me angry that he has a wife because he is so nice, he even asked if he could live here.
'Yes, I guess I love Stephen but we can't be together, he wants to keep me secret.
'He cannot play with a woman's heart. I feel bad for his wife, he cannot go round breaking hearts, it's not fair, he's playing with feelings.'
Anselmi said she never asked or put pressure on Baldwin to leave his wife, but ultimately became tired of their relationship being a secret.
She also became tired of the actor's shoddy time-keeping – Baldwin was often hours late for their trysts.
She says her lover was desperate to keep the relationship under wraps, never taking her to restaurants or many public places and insisted she had her phone on airplane mode when she was with him.
Two days later on Sunday, October 14, Baldwin was caught on camera again, this time leaving Anselmi's apartment building during the day with her by his side
'We went to this sandwich shop together one time, but he asked for the food to go,' she recalls.
'One day he told me to come to watch him record a video and bring my kids, but I didn't accept the invitation.
'But he has never taken me for a romantic dinner, we cook at home. I feel he has kept me hidden away.
'When you are with someone and there's no romantic dinners then it feels like it is not serious, I can feel it.
'I guess I am Stephen Baldwin's secret mistress, but not any longer.'
She added: 'He needs to be focused with his family and he maybe shouldn't take advantage of other persons.
'Of course I feel very well with him, he's amazing, but he play with my time, he's always late.
'Maybe he has more girls, more lovers, I don't know, but he need to learn to be a good man.'

DailyMailTV caught Baldwin out after receiving a tip about his infidelity.
We caught the actor visiting Anselmi's posh three-bed apartment on Wilshire Boulevard in Hollywood twice in recent weeks.
Our team filmed him entering Anselmi's apartment building with the beauty on his arm after midnight on October 12.
The pair can be seen embracing by an elevator and Anselmi - also a talented singer and pianist - lovingly stroked Baldwin's arm and nuzzled her face into his neck.
He left her place in the early hours.
Two days later on Sunday October 14 Baldwin was caught by our cameras again, this time leaving Anselmi's apartment building during the day with her by his side.
On seeing our cameraman the star recoiled in horror and tried to escape.
When confronted about the affair he responded: 'You're out of your mind brother, brother God bless you.'
We also caught Baldwin meeting up with Anselmi at the budget Custom Hotel near LAX airport in June this year – proof the affair had been going on for a long while.
We snapped the actor and reality star arriving at the hotel and Anselmi arriving an hour later around 2pm – carrying a bag containing Veuve Clicquot champagne and sexy lingerie.
After an hour and ten minutes Anselmi left the hotel – where rooms go for $148 a night - wearing Baldwin's t-shirt.
Anselmi confirmed the romp and said she had to borrow his t-shirt after having a 'Monika Lewinsky moment' during sex.
Twenty minutes later, Baldwin also left the hotel wearing different clothes to what he was seen in two hours earlier.
And DailyMailTV has also seen a flurry of intimate text messages between the two.
Baldwin's affair will undoubtedly rock his marriage to loyal wife Kennya.
And the actor's hypocrisy runs deep.
Baldwin turned to Jesus Christ after 9/11 and he and his wife, who he has called a 'Jesus freak' in interviews, are passionately religious and have given themselves to God.
The evangelical Christian often speaks of the virtues of marriage and family - he met Kennya in 1987 and they married three years later and have two girls together, Alaia, 25, and Hailey, 21, who both work as models.

Baldwin, the youngest of Hollywood's four famous brothers,
lives in Nyack, north of New York City on a farm with Kennya, but travels quite a bit with work.
The actor is most famous for his breakthrough role in hit movie The Usual Suspects in 1995. In 2000, Stephen played Barney Rubble in The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas.
He's also appeared on a number of reality shows including All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, I'm a Celebrity….Get Me Out of Here! and Celebrity Big Brother.
Baldwin is an avid supporter of Donald Trump and is regularly seen in MAGA caps.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
