«Breaking News» Michigan mom charged with abuse months after fire kills...

A Michigan mom has been charged with child abuse after her two sons and her niece were all killed when a fire broke out while they were home alone.

Amber Renee Swain had left her two sons Brandon Mahone, 9,  and 8-year-old brother Zyahir Swain, in their Eastpointe home, with their cousin, four-year-old Madison Adams, to go to work at 5am on March 100. 

Swain picked up her sister, Madison's mom Lauren, from her job on her return and the two headed home to the 1,300-square-foot house they shared in Eastpointe.  But when they finally arrived, the building was ablaze.

Police say the three children were found huddled together in an upstairs bedroom.

Swain is now facing up to 30 years in jail after she was charged with three counts of second-degree child abuse.

The cause of the fire hasn't been publicly disclosed, although officials have said they did not find any working smoke detectors.

A message seeking comment has been left for Swain's attorney. Eastpointe deputy police chief Eric Keiser says Swain has cooperated with investigators.

The three children lived at the home with their mothers and two other children. 

The family's other children had stayed with their father on the night of the fatal fire.

'It's just a tragedy, something I would have never expected to happen,' Denis Mosley, the grandfather of the two boys killed, said

Zyahir Swain was in the second grade at Forest Park Elementary School, while Brandon Mahone was a fourth-grader at Pleasantview Elementary School.

Eastpointe fire officials conducted a lengthy investigation into the cause and origin of the deadly fire.

More than 250 people contributed about $11,400 to aGoFundMe account last winter to help pay for the funerals.

Swain returns to court on November 20.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
