The Kardashian family were shaken to their core when then-pregnant Khloe's boyfriend Tristan Thompson was unveiled as a love rat.

And scenes on Keeping Up With The Kardashians have now shown the fall-out from the scandal as the heartbroken star was seen going into labour with her daughter True while her furious sister Kim appeared to threaten the sportsman.

While Khloe lay in bed inhaling gas and air, Kim emerged from the bathroom to see Tristan at her sister's bedside shortly before she raised a finger to her throat in a threatening gesture before Khloe demanded they greet one another.

The current season of KUWTK shows Khloe and her family finding out that Tristan cheated on Khloe with multiple women while she was pregnant earlier this year. The scandal unfolded just days before she gave birth to their daughter True in April.

'I'm so relieved that we made it,' Kim said in a confessional video after arriving in Cleveland to be at her sister's side. Despite her relief at being able to 'help' Khloe with the delivery, things were weird with Tristan.

As the Good American mogul had a big contraction, Tristan was seen at her bedside holding her manicured hand. The NBA star had just been caught on tape stepping out with several other women while Khloe was nearing the end of her pregnancy.

But, despite that, cameras were rolling just days later in the hospital as the 34-year-old held hands with the philandering father of her baby.

In a confessional, Kim admitted that she actually thought things would have been worse in the room. 'The vibe in the room is calm' the KKW Beauty mogul said. 'I thought there would be way more tension,' Kim admitted.

She continued: 'As much as I want to go off, I just don't think it's the time. So I'm gonna keep it cute.'

Kim explained that her focus was all about Khloe: 'I don't have to have a lot of interaction, I just have to be there for her.'

The NBA player apparently gave Kardashian a 'firm no' when she asked if he would watch the drama on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Sources close to the 27-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player revealed that Khloe watched the episode before it aired and Tristan refused when she asked him if he wanted to view it with her.

Khloe has stood by her man and chosen to forgive him but revealed last week it's been uncomfortable and emotional reliving the heartbreak on the new season.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
