Yet Fleur East - who rose to fame on 2014's X Factor - has revealed she has been whittling down her portions over the past couple of weeks, in order to avoid getting 'hangry' [hungry and angry] in the jungle.
The Sun reports she said: 'I have been going on an intermittent fast this week to get my stomach ready for rations. I don't want to go in there hangry.

'I have either been having breakfast and just water throughout the day, or no breakfast, a light lunch and dinner.
'I thought I was going a bit extreme but I met Medic Bob [the jungle-based doctor on the show] and he was advising we should be doing that to get our stomachs ready.'
Fleur is an exercise advocate and has been training even harder ahead of the I'm A Celeb... challenges, she revealed.
The 31-year-old was the first participant to arrive in Australia ahead of the new season (presenters Declan Donnelly and Holly Willoughby arrived before her however) last weekend.

She came close to winning The X Factor as one of Simon Cowell's category four years ago, along with Ben Haenow, who went on to win it.
Despite coming second, she went on to release an album which produced a hit single, Sax.
The album was released with Simon's record label, Syco. In 2017, she and Syco parted ways 'via mutual agreement'.

Fleur made history during her time on The X Factor when she performed Uptown Funk and reached number one in the UK iTunes Store charts, while still a contestant on the series. The song had been made famous by Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson that same month.
Fleur had already been an established musician before her 2014 rise to fame, having appeared on The X Factor in 2005 as part of group Additiv Ladies.
This proved fruitless, however, and she went on to try a solo career, working with the likes of DJ Fresh and Drumsound & Bassline Smith.
She then returned to the X Factor the same year Cheryl and Mel B were on the panel.
Despite keeping a low profile on the music scene of late, Fleur has worked in fashion, designing a Lipsy line and being a fashion model.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
