«Breaking News» Eric Trump sends a veteran a new Trump 2020 flag after vandals BURNED it on his porch

A veteran of the war in Afghanistan whose 'Trump 2020' flag was torched has been sent a replacement by the President's son.

Gus Klein, from Burlington, Vermont, said his flag was ripped from its pole before being burned and discarded on his porch while his family slept. 

Eric Trump tweeted yesterday after learning of the story: 'Gus, Thank you so much for the support and thank you for your service to our country! Get us your address - a new Trump 2020 Flag will be coming your way! Keep up the fight!'

Eric Trump, the President's second son with his first wife Ivana, tweeted yesterday afternoon that he wanted to send the veteran a new flag

Eric Trump then tweeted a follow up to his earlier statement a few hours later saying that he was sending a new flag to the veteran and would continue to do so if another was burned

And it appears Klein responded as Eric sent a follow up tweet hours later saying a new flag was on its way to Vermont.

Klein told WCAX, 'There is fear in my mind and it’s not right. I should be able to come and go as I want, and we should be able to sleep at night in our own property, so there is fear.'

But he told the broadcaster he would not relent and would continue to support the President in the run up to 2020. 

A Twitter user called John Lilley tweeted his reaction to the flag burning, implying it was orchestrated by 'progressive communists'

Another Twitter user said the only purpose for a Trump flag could be for fuel, asking America to 'wake up'

Alongside his older brother Don Jr., Eric Trump is a trustee of The Trump Organization

One of Klein's neighbors said it was a huge surprise to see such a violent act in their peaceful neighborhood. 

Police in Burlington are investigating the vandalism.

Burlington, which lies in Vermont's Chittenden County, was heavily in favor of candidate Hillary Clinton, who received a 66 per cent share of the vote in 2016.

Eric Trump is President Trump's third child and second son, from his marriage with former Czech figure skater and model, Ivana.

Alongside his older brother, Don Jr., Eric works as a trustee for The Trump Organization and is a fervent supporter of his father, often appearing on television to back him.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
