And Amanda Holden showed the secrets behind her looks on Tuesday as she headed out for a 7am jog while displaying her remarkably smooth complexion, in its rare make-up free form while also covering her face with a baseball cap.

The 47-year-old flaunted her lithe physique in her skin-tight exercise gear which showed off her endless legs, peachy posterior and toned arms.

Amanda proved it takes hard work to achieve her figure as she zipped along the road and later on to some greenery for the early morning run.

Wearing her hair in loose lengths over her shoulders, she pulled an Adidas cap low on her make-up free face while displaying her make-up free complexion.

Keeping the look sleek, she wore a black sports top with a cross-over zip at the front while flashing a hint of flesh through the sheer panels in her leggings.

Her outing comes amid claims she reportedly confronted Phillip Schofield after she allegedly believed he had a hand in her not getting a This Morning presenting post.

According to The Sun, Amanda reportedly expressed she felt 'let down' by her friend Phillip when she found out she didn't get the position.

The newspaper claimed the alleged confrontation took place during an advert break when the judge was interviewed by Phil and Holly on This Morning last month, days after Rochelle was confirmed to be stepping in.

Amanda appeared on This Morning to talk to the award-winning presenting duo about her work with charity Tommy's on October 8.

A source told The Sun: 'She made it clear that she felt very let down. He was lost for words but didn’t have much time to respond to Amanda’s claims because the show was going back on air.

'Neither of them realised that Amanda could be overheard by most of the team because she was still wearing her mic pack.'

The Sun made further claims that Amanda allegedly found out she didn't get the job when she was taken out for lunch by ITV executives.

'Amanda was shocked. During the lunch with ITV executives, they let slip they thought the decision had been heavily influenced by Phil and that he had thrown a spanner in the works.' The insider shared with the newspaper.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
