«Breaking News» 'They're the party of crime' - Trump blasts 'loco' Dems for wanting to turn the U.S. into Venezuela

President Donald Trump blasted Democrats as 'the party of crime' who want to turn the United States into another Venezuela and destroy his Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Speaking to a fired up crowd in Johnson City, Tennessee, Trump sounded like he was on the ballot himself this fall, calling out potential Democratic presidential contenders by name and using the Supreme Court fight in Washington to urge Republicans to turn out at the polls in November.

'We're just five weeks from one of the most important elections of our life time,' Trump told the cheering crowd.

'This country will never be Venezuela,' Trump vowed, mentioning the South American country in economic crisis thanks to rising inflation and a devalued currency.

'The Democrats want to turn America into Venezuela,' he said. 'We're not going to let that happen.'

'They're the party of crime,' Trump said of Democrats.

He said Democrats have gone 'loco' since they lost the 2016 presidential election.

He called out by name several potential Democratic candidates who could face him in 2020.

He revived his favorite insult against Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren, calling her Pocahontas, a reference to her claim she has Indian blood in her family.

'They have moved so far left that Pocahontas is considered a conservative,' Trump cracked.

He referred to Warren saying this weekend she would seriously look at a presidential bid after this November's election.

'Please please run,' Trump told her.

He charged Cory Booker, another potential presidential contender, with destroying Newark when he was mayor of that city.

Then he turned his ire on former Vice President Joe Biden.

'How about Biden?' he said. 'We call him 1 percent Biden.

'Until Obama took him off the trash heap he couldn't get elected,' he said, likely referring to Biden's previous two unsuccessful attempts at winning the presidency.

The one percent is the number of votes Biden received in the 2008 Iowa caucuses before he dropped out of the presidential contest. Barack Obama later named him his running mate.

Trump waxed on nostalgically about his own election in 2016.

'Wasn't that the greatest evening,' he said of his own election. 'That was one of the greatest evenings in the history of television.'

But the majority of Trump's rally was election focused - not just his possible opponents but the November midterms.

He brought Republican Senate candidate Marsha Blackburn on stage to talk about her candidacy.

The president warned of dire consequences should the party take over Congress in the midterms. Independent political prognosticators give Democrats strong chances of retaking the House of Representatives and increasingly better odds of winning the Senate.

'A vote for Republicans is a vote to reject the Democrat politics of anger, destruction, chaos,' he said.

'A Democratic takeover of Congress will plunge our country into gridlock and chaos,' Trump warned.

He told he crowd that: your 401Ks will drop, your taxes will rise, and crime will come through our open borders.

'Other than that we'll be doing very well,' he said.

'Build that wall,' the crowd roared in response over and over again.

'I could build that thing in one year,' Trump bragged in response.

He slammed Democrats for holding up Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination, claiming they were trying to destroy a 'great man.'

'They have been trying to destroy him since he was first announced,' Trump said to cheers 'because they know Judge Kavanaugh will follow the Constitution as written.'

'He's a great man,' Trump said of his nominee, who 'never had a problem and then all the sudden let's go back to high school,' he said referring to the allegations against Kavanaugh.

'Let's sees how it all works out but I'll tell you that they are trying to destroy a fine person,' he said.

Trump claimed Democrats weren't happy with expanded FBI probe into sexual allegations against Kavanaugh, which delayed the confirmation a week.

'If we took 10 years they'd want more time,' Trump said.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
