«Breaking News» Katie Price brands ex-husband Peter Andre a 'great dad' in touching birthday message

Katie Price has wished her ex-husband Peter Andre a happy birthday in a sign of unity in the midst of their fractious relations.

The embattled star, 40, shared a shot of her former love posing with their son Junior, 13, and daughter Princess, 11, while adding a caption in which she penned: 'Thank you for always being a great dad to Princess and Junior'. 

A decade after their split, Katie, who is in the midst of a host of woes including legal, substance and family issues, took a gracious stance towards her ex.

Katie's well-wishes come two days after she was banned from driving for three months and fined £1,500 after being found slumped in a 'very' drunken state in the back of her vomit-covered pink Range Rover which police saw collide with a verge.

The former glamour model was almost twice the legal limit after drinking four pornstar martinis when she was arrested in the early hours last October in Greenwich, South East London. 

Speaking to press outside court, she said: 'I was given a choice of having 10 points on my licence or to be disqualified for three months...

'I chose to be disqualified for three months because it adds on to my disqualification that I'm already on, which means I get my driving licence back on the 24th of May which means I can go car shopping - let's ban the pink car.'

Commenting on the ban, she said: 'Brilliant, I thought I was about to get two years.'

On top of her woes, Katie has been hit with claims that her relationship with Kris Boyson is on the rocks after they reportedly had a string of arguments while on holiday in Spain.

The couple allegedly felt 'trapped' when they joined Katie's dying mum Amy to film her reality series My Crazy Life in a £65,000 motor home in the sunny country.

Fights broke out when Katie, 40, felt jealous over Kris, 29, receiving flirty messages from women while he grew tired of her talking to her exes, The Sun claimed.

A source told the publication: 'Katie and Kris have been rowing the entire holiday over pretty much everything...

'Katie has been working so hard on the reality show, she’s been snapping and grumpy with Kris, and in turn he’s been playing up to the cameras.

'She’s also jealous of all the girls who comment on his pics and message him, while he gets bored when she FaceTimes friends at home and her exes about the kids...

'Being trapped on a working holiday together in the campervan hasn’t gone well and the relationship is on the rocks with them bickering the whole time.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
