Twitter users have been left in an emotional state after viewing footage of people opening meaningful, and sometimes life-changing presents on Christmas morning.
While some people unwrapped the usual trinkets and gadgets on Christmas Day, one set of grandparents discovered their grandson had set up a saving account to cover their bills after they struggled financially.
In another emotional video, Alec West from Houston, Texas revealed he'd asked his step father, who had raised him from the age of three, to adopt him for Christmas.
The touching thread was kicked off by Alyssa Bernalll, from California, who revealed her cousin had recently lost her dog of 11 years, Kobe.
Alyssa shared the moment her cousin's boyfriend surprised her with a puppy for Christmas, in a video that racked up over 36,000 likes and more than 6,00 retweets.

The video shows Alyssa's cousin sitting on a sofa with a blindfold on as her boyfriend walks over with a puppy in a stocking, before handing it to her.
'Oh my gosh', she exclaims, before asking if he's a boy and eventually tearing up, as her boyfriend is seen fighting off tears in the kitchen too.
One follower exclaimed: 'So sweet how they both are crying That puppy is going to get & give lots of love I'm sure'.
Admitting the video made them emotional, another added: 'Right! I started crying when they were both crying I was like omg he’s such a good man'.

He's been struggling month to month with bills and I'm finally able to give back to him Without your support, I couldn't of done this This is what Christmas is all about'.


Reacting to the post, which received 40,000 likes and retweets, one emotional viewer wrote: 'Just my eye plumbing leaking again. Need to get a plumber on that'.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
