Vicky Pattison has candidly discussed her heartache after her fiancé John Noble was caught cosying up to a host of other women during a boys' holiday.
The 30-year-old former Geordie Shore star took to Instagram to share a duo of images from her night out in Manchester on Wednesday night as she claimed to be on a 'brave face tour' following his betrayal in Dubai.
The scandal comes one week after Vicky launched her bridal column with The Sun, in which she branded her husband-to-be 'loyal and strong'.

John, who proposed to Vicky in July last year, was filmed at club Billionaire Mansion on Sunday during a lads' holiday chatting to a blonde beauty identified as part-time model called Poppy Owen, as well as two other unidentified ladies.
In the images from her night out, where she was joined by Love Island hunk Chris Hughes, the star beamed while pointedly flashing her bare ring finger.
Taking to the comments section, Vicky penned: 'The worst thing is not the lies, the betrayal, the constant pain or crippling humiliation, or the resounding heartbreak that hurts so much I swear it is physical not emotional...
'The worst thing is that the person who made you feel so special yesterday can make you feel so truly low and unwanted today. These pictures are from last night...

She was flooded with support from a host of celebrity friends, including Ferne McCann who penned: 'This will only make you stronger my darling. You're doing amazing!' while Montana Brown wrote: 'We all love you'.
Eagle-eyed fans also noted that Vicky had removed 'The future Mrs Noble' from her bio on Instagram - in a seemingly pointed statement.

Elsewhere, John took to Instagram to share a giggling snap with a pal with the added caption: 'Everyone always has a friend that can cheer you up no matter what'.
A day before, a source told MailOnline: ‘Vicky is totally heartbroken. She hasn’t seen John since he got back from Dubai. She is 100% committed to her busy work and TV schedule but this doesn’t mean she is OK. Far from it.’
Despite several news outlets claiming that Vicky has split from John, this is not the case. He is also still living with her at her home.

A relative of Poppy, who is in Dubai with friends, told The Sun the model would feel 'very guilty' if Vicky and John split.
Vicky has since unfollowed John on social media and made a huge statement by choosing not to wear her engagement ring while appearing on This Morning.
She has, however, alluded to her upset in a series of emotionally-charged Instagram posts. Taking to her story, Vicky referred to herself as a 'heartbroken mess' and revealed she 'feels like crumbling'.
John's betrayal is not Vicky's first cheating scandal, as she was seen cheating on her then-boyfriend Dan with former fiancé Ricci Guarnaccio on Geordie Shore.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
