«Breaking News» Online retailer Boohoo has released festive nipple covers in the form of mini Christmas wreaths

Last year saw Christmas tree eyebrows take the world by storm, and this year it looks like seasonal nipple decorations might just be the newest trend.

Online retailer Boohoo released a selection of holiday nipple pasties, with their Christmas wreath-inspired covers proving particularly popular.

And for anyone looking to get into the festive spirit in a more liberal way that doesn't involve sipping hot chocolate, wearing a Christmas sweater or baking holiday treats, the Christmas nipple cover might be the right thing for you.

The festive tassels are made with green and red sparkly pom poms, and are finished with two tiny bells in the center.

And there's good news and bad news for anyone looking to get their hands on a set.

The bad news: they're currently sold out on Boohoo's website.

The good news: Amazon is stocking an almost identical pair for just $8.70, as well as a whole bunch of other styles.

Not only is Boohoo stocking the popular Christmas wreath tassels, there are more to choose from including stick-on bells, black and gold sequenced stars and red satin bows.

If you manage get your hands on a pair it's worth noting that Boohoo recommends testing out the product on the skin 24 hours before wearing them.

The retailer also recommends wearing the pasties for no more than eight hours.

Variety: Amazon has a wide variety of festive pasties to choose from for as little as $1.99

Describing its attitude toward getting in the Christmas spirit this year, the website reads: 'Forget less is more, this season we're all for out-there hair, beauty and jewelry.'

Some people have unleashed their opinions of the quirky covers, with one Twitter user saying: 'Boohoo is selling Christmas wreath nipple covers... stop the planet, I want to get off.'

Another user, who was more focused on the model than the product, added: 'Got nothing against festive wreath nipple covers, but can we please talk about how incredibly perfectly perky the boobs look?

'Happy for that model, but this isn't a realistic boob ideal. *looking down at my own somewhat saggier (but amazing) boobs & sighing*.'

Although the idea of Christmas nipple covers are pretty bizarre, this isn't the first time people have gotten extra creative when it came to getting into the holiday spirit.

Last year saw Instagram saturated with photos of Christmas tree eyebrows.

Instagram user @taytay_xx shared her version of the look last year, encouraging hundreds of other to recreate the look.

The beauty trend involved brushing eyebrows out into a bushy tree-like shape, and using glitter, sequences and mini star stickers to decorate the 'tree'.

Glitter beards, Christmas tree beards and even Christmas tree inspired hair-dos also proved pretty popular among the festive folk.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
