«Breaking News» New trend for yoga skin set to take 2018 by storm

A celebrity makeup artist has tipped 'yoga skin' as next year's biggest beauty trend.

Beauty guru Sara Hill, who has worked with the likes of Grace Jones, Rosie Huntington Whiteley and Kanye West, describes the look as 'a glow that looks as fresh and juicy as if you've just stepped out of the yoga studio'.

It uses a blend of products to achieve the appearance of being fresh and hydrated: 'It's plump, fresh, pinchable skin, it's irresistible'.

And it's already sweeping social media after Sara posted a snap of one of her clients modelling the look last week, with one video quickly amassing 98,000 views and counting.

Since then, dozens of women have followed suit by trying the look out for themselves and posting it to social media.

Sara, who pioneered the technique herself, explains the hyper-dewy, real skin look, can be achieved in eight simple steps using a mix of highlighter, primer and liquid concealer.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Sara said: 'This look celebrates real skin in its natural beauty and we think it's a great look for winter, adding layers of hydration to dry skin.

'The Yoga Skin technique is a look I created to make the skin look lit from within. Healthy, glowing, radiant, sheer and natural – skin that looks like skin at its very best.

'Skin that's just stepped out of the yoga studio, dewy and fresh, but not sweaty, just glowing with health and wellness.

'You can lightly powder to set concealer, or set your face overall with powder, using a small fluffy brush or a puff – just remember to keep the powder to a minimum so the look stays sheer.

'Add cream blush and cream bronzer for a really healthy, fresh glow. If you want to finish the look with a setting spray, make sure it's an alcohol-free formula to add further hydration to the skin.'

How to get Yoga Skin by Sarah Hill

Step 1:Cleanse and prep your skin as normal. Let your skincare absorb fully before moving on to the next step.

Step 2: Apply a small amount of silicone-free primer over the skin, and allow to sink in.

Step 3:Mixing time! Into a small pot or bowl, pop in 3-4 pumps of your favourite liquid foundation. I recommend a sheer to medium coverage formula, preferably water-based – this definitely isn't a look for a full-coverage foundation.

Step 4:Add in one drop of your favourite skincare facial oil.

Step 5:To the mix, add in one drop of strobe cream or a liquid highlighter. For this look, golden tones work best.

Step 6 (optional): For an incredible shine to the skin, you can add in one small drop of glow drops.

Step 7: Begin massaging your skin mix into your face using your hands, not a brush. This does many things: it gets the circulation flowing, it relaxes you, de-puffs the skin, and makes your base sit better too.

Build up your coverage in layers until you're happy with the look. I'd recommend leaving a few minutes in between layers to allow each one to sink in and settle.

Step 9: For added coverage, blend a small amount of a liquid concealer in the areas you want more cover – like under the eyes, around the nose or over any blemishes. Remember not to overdo this step, this look is about 'real skin' and we want to see as much of it as we can.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
