Corey Lewandowski believes that he would win if things ever got physical between him and Chief of Staff John Kelly.
TMZ caught up with President Trump's former campaign manager in Washington, DC as he promoted his new book Trump's Enemies: How the Deep State is Undermining the Presidency.
Lewandowski has been dogged by rumors that, earlier this year, he and Kelly got into a physical altercation so intense that Secret Service agents had to break it up.
'Would you bet on yourself against John Kelly if it ever got that physical?' a photographer asked Lewandowski.
'I always bet on me,' Lewandowski replied with a grin before getting into his car.

The New York Times reported that Lewandowksi and Kelly got into the heated argument at the White House in February.
When asked about the incident on Fox News Sunday, Lewandowski said: 'John and I had a very candid discussion.'
According to The Times' article, Lewandowski criticized how Kelly had handled accusations of domestic violence against a former staff.
In response, Kelly allegedly shoved Lewandowski into a wall.
The retired Marine Corps general then 'grabbed Mr Lewandowski by the collar and tried to have him ejected from the West Wing', according to The Times.
Lewandowski disputed that the Secret Service had to break up the altercation.
He has refused to refer to Kelly as Trump's enemy both in public or in his book like he has with former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer and former director of the National Economic Council Gary Cohn.
Both men are referred to in the book as members of the 'November 9th Club', suggesting that they only became Trump supporters after he won the 2016 presidential election.
However, both he and co-author David Bossie have complained that they were kept under a watchful eye whenever they were in the White House.
'Well, I respect John Kelly for his service to the country and for as long as the president wants to keep him as chief of staff that will be his prerogative,' Lewandowski told Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday.
He then continued: 'But to say that Dave and I - two people who have been unresolved in our support for the president - to have an escort, which almost nobody else has to have, I think is a little bit out of bounds.'
The former campaign manager also made it clear that since Kelly replaced Reince Priebus as chief of staff in July 2017, he has limited who has access to Trump.
'I also think you have a president that wants access to individuals, who wants to take phone calls. In our book, we interview him and he says: "Nobody calls me, I don't get my messages",' Lewandowski said.
Lewandowski (pictured, June 2018) has not referred to Kelly as one of the president's 'enemies' in his new book Trump's Enemies: How the Deep State is Undermining the Presidency.
However, he does lament that since Kelly (pictured, January 2017) replaced Reince Priebus as chief of staff in July 2017, he has limited who has access to Trump
'That is a failure somewhere in the staff chain that the president doesn't have the right to get to the people that are trying to reach him.'
This is not the first time it has been reported that Kelly has gotten physical with other White House staffers and foreign dignitaries.
The Wall Street Journal reported last month that Kelly and Secret Service agents 'got into a physical altercation' with a Chinese official who was trying to gain unauthorized access to the briefcase that allows Trump to launch nuclear missiles remotely.
And it was widely reported last month that Kelly and national security adviser John Bolton were engaged in a shouting match outside the Oval Office over the migrant caravan.
Bolton was reportedly in favor of Trump's idea to shut down the Southern border while Kelly urged a more restricted approach.
Allegedly the fight reached a boiling point when Bolton criticized Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, Kelly’s former deputy, for not doing enough about the border crisis, which set Kelly off.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
