«Breaking News» Brexit protest in Brussels demonstrators try to set fire to mock Brexit withdrawal agreement

Brexit protestors in Brussels burned copies of the EU withdrawal agreement as European leaders gave it the green light.

Members of the British campaign group Our Future Our Choice were seen setting fire to a copy of the divorce document in the Belgian capital this morning, while others hacked away at them with scissors and shredded it into ribbons.

Elsewhere a man dressed as Brexiteer Boris Johnson wore a 'Stop Brexit' T-shirt and waved a placard saying 'Demand a #FinalSay on the Brexit Deal'.

Demonstrators were also equipped with a blue 'battle bus' similar to the one who notoriously claimed to invest £350million a week in the NHS if the UK left the EU.

This one, however read: 'Dear MPs, 77 per cent of us don't want Brexit,' read the side of the bus. 'Please stand up for our future.'

Today Mrs May succeeded in getting the EU leaders to sign off her EU withdrawal agreement, which she will have to get passed the House of Commons in a vote scheduled for mid-December.

The 27 national leaders met for just 40 minutes in Brussels today to rubber stamp both the divorce deal and the political declaration outlining a future trade deal. They claimed Brexit is a 'tragedy' and 'not a moment for celebration'.

The divorce documents have triggered a furious row in the UK and an attempt to oust Mrs May but the EU's negotiator Michel Barnier insisted MPs must 'take responsibility' and vote the deal today.

He said that after 20-months of painstaking talks, the controversial divorce deal had to be agreed as the basis for rebuilding trust between Britain and Europe.

There are still huge issues over the border between the Irish Republic and Northern Ireland and Spain's position on Gibraltar.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
