Like many twins, Miriam and Michelle Carolus, 31, from Miami, Florida are very close, they eat the same foods, work out together, and even match their outfits.
But these sisters' routine is a little more grueling than most, as they claim to do 2000 squats a day to maintain their 40-inch bottoms.
Known as the 'Double Dose twins' the models, who have racked up more than 1.3million Instagram followers for their scantily-clad displays say they are 'focused on having the same exact bodies, so our measurements stay exactly the same'.

The duo have gone from strength to strength since becoming internet sensations in 2016 with their surgically enhanced bodies.
While they admit they've had new matching boob jobs, they deny that their dazzling derrières are down to surgery.
They keep their bodies indistinguishable with gym workouts mainly targeting their stomachs and buttocks, with an eye-watering 2,000 squats on some days.
Michelle said: 'We're focused on having the same exact bodies so our measurements stay exactly the same.
'If one of us gains or loses in a part of their body, the other tries to match up. To maintain the curves, we have to do a lot of abs, leg and butt exercises.'
But it's not all just down to exercise.
The sisters, who often show off their bodies in barely-there outfits, deny having surgery and say they're bottoms are maintained by '2000 squats a day'
The duo have a string of admirers, and admit to having two breast enlargement surgeries each, boosting them from a B to a D-cup
The pair had a first matching $5000 (£3,761) breast enlargement in January 2013, taking them to a C-cup, and then a second procedure for D-cups in November 2017 that cost the same. They even have matching nipple piercings.
In order to keep their shapely 36-28-40 figures aligned, the pair have also now enlisted private chef Chris McLean to even up their diets exactly.
Chef McLean, who has been described as 'buzzing' on social media for his culinary creations for celebrities, also has them on a matching diet plan after they met him at an event in 2016.
He makes sure the girls get all the right nutrients from delicious dishes such as seared tuna with asparagus.

Speaking of their string of failed relationships, Miriam said: 'When you take on one of us, you really take on both of us because we spend all our time together'
But while their matching bodies have found them fame and fortune, their inseparable lifestyles have taken a toll on love-life for both ladies.
Despite their mountains of admirers, both Miriam and Michelle are currently single.
And after a string of failed serious relationships - Michelle's had five and Miriam's four - they say men just can't handle their inseparable bond with each other.
'When you take on one of us, you really take on both of us because we spend all our time together,' says Miriam.
'It's been very challenging,' says Michelle. 'For a relationship to work with one of us, the man would need to love my sister but never see her in a sexual way, even though we both look the same and have the same curves.
Michelle says she needs a partner to not see her sister in a sexual way, even thought the pair are identical
'It's kind of hard. He has to understand that, "this is my girl, this is her sister" and they are always going to be around each other.'
Due to their troubles in love, the pair are now moving back in together following three years living apart as they tried to make it work with partners.
Michelle says: 'We thought the nice thing about living apart would be space for our love lives. Also we could get away from each other if we got on each other's nerves.

'But actually we might as well be back living together because we spend all our time together anyway. We work together, play together, need to work on our bodies, everything.'
And other Miami girls who admire their shapes are trying to match up with them by going to their private classes. At a local gym, Miriam and Michelle take them through a vigorous workout aimed at 'booty-shaping'.
'Their bodies are amazing,' says one of the women who attended their private booty-shaping last month. 'The Double Dose twins literally have the body that every girl wants.'
The twins run their own clothing line, and fitness classes, but say most of their income comes from Instagram
The identical sisters say that 90 per cent of their earnings come from their most prized asset - their bottoms - and helped grow their Instagram followers up to 1.3 million.
They recently viewed a huge $5,000 (£3,754) per month rental property with a three-car garage and swimming pool in Weston, Florida.
The area is regularly rated in the 'Biggest Earners' category by Money Magazine, but there was one major problem with the pad for the ambitious women.
'There was only one master bedroom,' says Miriam. 'We need one each. So we're really looking for a unique place.'
Not deterred by their failed romances, the sisters say they hope to marry twins as 'twins understand twins'
The twins make their money through social media and their own fashion label 'Dose of Desires', which they jointly model .
They are regularly booked for appearances at club events through their trademark as the 'Double Dose Twins' .
'Being a twin is a gimmick,' says Michelle. 'But being twins with these booties is the biggest gimmick.'
As the pair search for their new dream home together, they are also discussing new approaches to love.
'Maybe in five years we'll both be married to twins,' says Michelle. 'Twins understand twins.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
