Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper's jaw-droppingly romantic rendition of Shallow at the Oscars on Sunday has spawned an avalanche of memes poking fun at their undeniable chemistry.
As the pair looked lovingly into one other's eyes, ignoring the star-studded audience which included Cooper's girlfriend Irina Shayk, the internet lit up in disbelief.
Stunned viewers tweeted their excitement and shock as the pair sang passionately to each other.
When Cooper made his way over to join Gaga on the piano stool and placed one arm around her waist, the meme-mill went into overdrive and by Monday morning, the internet was dominated with the results.
Among the most popular gags were jokes about what kind of state Cooper's relationship with Shayk would be in in the aftermath of the performance.
Shayk's face did not betray her.

In her acceptance speech, the Gaga thanked Cooper profusely, saying he was the 'only person' she could have performed it with.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
