«Breaking News» Gwen Stefani embraces her style icon status in eclectic ensemble as she is joined by Zuma and Apollo

She's a doting mother and style icon.

And Gwen Stefani proved worthy of both titles as she was spotted out in an eclectic ensemble with her sons Zuma, 10, and Apollo, four.

The 49-year-old natural stunner rocked a fur lined jacket and leggings tucked into black leather boots as she led her boys during the afternoon jaunt.

Daring to impress, Gwen looked effortlessly chic in retro reading glasses and carrying a couture camouflage tote.

The yummy mommy shares sons Kingston, 12, Zuma and Apollo with ex-husband Bush rocker Gavin Rossdale, 53. 

Gwen has been enjoying a little down time after wrapping the latest leg of her Las Vegas residency, Just A Girl, at Planet Hollywood on New Year's Eve. 

The career retrospective, that kicked off last summer, picks back up on February 27 with nine shows until March 16.

She will also have dates in July and October before concluding on November 2.

Her love life is still going strong. She has been with country crooner Blake Shelton, 42, since October 2015 after her split with Rossdale, who reportedly cheated on her with the family's nanny.

Apparently Gwen has the itch to work on new music.

'I want to do some new music. I don't really know what that is,' she has said recently, as reported by a number of publications.

'Again, all these things is very much a reflection of where I'm at, so I want to say something, not really sure what that is, but I want to investigate it. 

She added: 'And the only way to investigate it is to stop wasting my time on stuff that's not important, so focusing on trying to do that.' 

At this point, there's no word on whether she's thinking of working on a solo project or with her rock band, No Doubt. 

The singer hasn't released an album of original music since This Is What The Truth Feels Like in 2017; while No Doubt's last release came in 2012 with Push and Shove.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
