«Breaking News» Fears grow for missing Hull University student, 21, last seen at 11pm after night out two days ago

 Police are searching for a missing 21-year-old student who has last seen ‘drunkenly’ talking to a man after leaving a club during a night out two days ago. 

They are now hunting for a man who was seen 'helping her' after she left a nightclub in the city centre. 

Libby Squire was last seen on Thursday, January 31, after leaving the Welly Club in  Beverley Road, Hull

Libby Squire was seen getting into a taxi in Beverley Road around 11pm on Thursday, January 31, after leaving the Welly Club.

At about 11.45pm, the woman was seen near the junction with Beresford Avenue by a motorist who got out of the car to help her.

The woman is described as 5ft 7ins tall with shoulder-length brown hair.

When she was last seen, Ms Squire was wearing a black long sleeved top, leather jacket and black denim skirt with lace.

Police launched a search on Friday evening, with officers inspecting the area around Beverley Road, Cottingham Road and Haworth Street. 

They were also going door-to-door to ask people for information about Ms Squire, Hull Daily Mail reported.

Humberside Police released an appeal for the missing woman: 'Have you seen Libby Squire? We are appealing for local residents to get in touch if they have any information that would help us find her.'

Police are also asking the motorist who saw Ms Squire to come forward to help the search. 

Supt Simon Gawthorpe said: 'Libby has not been seen since late Thursday night.

'It's been a cold night and we're asking local residents living in the Beverley Road, Cottingham Road, and around the University area to check their gardens, outbuildings and sheds to see if Libby has taken shelter somewhere.

'We particularly would like residents around Haworth Street to get in touch.

Ms Squire's best friend launched an appeal on Twitter asking for help to find Libby Squire

'A large amount of my officers are searching for Libby and we want you to help us find her too.

'Thank you to members of the public, students, staff, and security at the University for assisting us in our search for Libby so far. Please get in touch if you see her.' 

Ms Squire's best friend Rachel Christii launched an appeal on Twitter to help locate the woman.

Libby Squire was...

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
