The pop star who had an affair with Donald Trump Jr after the two met on the set of The Celebrity Apprentice said that she had been approached by Michael Cohen.
Aubrey O'Day tweeted on Wednesday that 'Cohen came to me also,' posting her remark at the same time that the embattled lawyer was discussing the payoffs he made to Stormy Daniels on behalf of President Trump.
She did not provide any more details, but DailyMail.com has learned from three sources that Cohen was responsible for killing an US Weekly story in 2013 that was set to run about O'Day and Don Jr's affair.
The Wall Street Journal was the first to report on Cohen getting that story pulled from the celebrity weekly.
Reps for both Don Jr and O'Day did not respond to requests for comment.

Perez Hilton broke the news of O'Day's affair with Don Jr soon after it was revealed that the first son and his wife Vanessa were divorcing last March.
The affair began in 2011 and allegedly lasted until March 2012, with Don Jr. ending the relationship after Vanessa found emails sent by the couple.
O'Day and Don Jr both kept quiet about the claims, but another Apprentice alum later said she too had proof that the Danity Kane singer and real estate's scion's scion were in a relationship.
Omaraosa Stallworth wrote in her memoir, Unhinged: An Insider's Account of the Trump White House, that President Trump had urged his son to find 'some a**' around the time that the alleged affair began between the two.
'I remember being disgusted, thinking, Donald, what are you talking about? Your son is married. His wife is pregnant,' wrote Stallworth.
She also wrote that she had proof of the affair.
'Aubrey and I knew each other in LA, so when she did the show, she called me to ask for advice,' she writes.
'I next heard from her when she started seeing Don Jr. She told me, "He's leaving his wife. They basically aren't together anymore. They're separated."
'I didn't believe that. "Don Jr. is not leaving Vanessa," I said. Like father like son.
'The next time I saw Aubrey at a diner in LA, she showed me very personal photos that Don Jr. had sent to her, a long chain of dirty texts between them.

'If she hadn't shown me those photos and texts, I wouldn't have believed it.'
At the time of the alleged affair, Don Jr. had been married to Vanessa for six years, and had three children.
Reports claimed the two fell in love on the set of the reality show and Don had told Aubrey that he was in the process of divorcing his wife.
In her book, Omarosa said that while she had sympathy for Vanessa, she wrote off Don Jr's cheating as 'not my business.'
She claims Don Jr.'s actions likely stemmed from his desire to please his dad and says he had to 'submit to his father's hazing' on the show.
'If Donald didn't like Don Jr.'s assessment in the boardroom, he'd berate him in front of everyone using words like "wrong" and "stupid."
'Don Jr. was clearly terrified of his father,' she writes.
'People interpreted his fear as complete and total respect and deference. I did. But now, I see the verbal abuses as a method of control.
'He was rough on them, so they tried even harder to please him and avoid further abuse.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
