«Breaking News» Davina McCall giggles as she leaves a gym class with a friend after admitting she fakes being happy

 She's no stranger to immersing herself in rigorous workouts and fitness regimes.

And it certainly seemed as though the endorphins were flowing for Davina McCall as she left a workout class with a female friend in Kent on Friday morning. 

The TV presenter, 51, looked happy and relaxed as she giggled away while wrapping an arm around her pal.

Highlighting her svelte frame, the former Big Brother host sported navy blue leggings with a grey and red stripe detail, teamed with a grey sweater.

Adding an extra layer of warmth, the mother-of-three wore a black denim jacket and white trainers on her feet.

Appearing to be wearing little make-up, the gym bunny kept her dark locks tied up in a ponytail.  

Davina’s gym partner wore a similar outfit made up of blue leggings with an abstract Union Jack design and a dark grey t-shirt.

The chirpy outing comes after Davina admitted there have been occasions where she has 'struggled to see any positives', a year after splitting from ex-husband Matthew Robertson, 50.

The couple parted ways in November 2017 after 17 years of marriage and three children. 

She told The Daily Mirror: 'There's been a few occasions where I'm struggling to see any positives in this at all. Happiness is marvellous. I love it when I'm happy, but I'm not always happy. 

'It might look like I'm always happy because I quite often just show the bits when I'm happy. But I am often guilty of thinking, "No one really wants to see me when I'm unhappy".'

The TV personality said when she posted on social media about loneliness on Christmas Day she got a get response back, despite admitting she didn't actually feel that lonely herself.

Davina and Matthew continue to co-parent three children together, Holly, 17, Tilly, 15 and Chester, 12.

The star's TV career has spanned nearly three decades, after first rising to fame as a presenter on MTV in 1992.

Davina recently chatted to Fearne Cotton on her podcast Happy Place, and said she is elated her career is still thriving.

She said: 'Every day is a lucky day that I'm still in TV because I'm probably one of the oldest female TV presenters. I'm a bit of a Cilla. I'm full of gratitude for that.' 

Davina added: 'I feel amazing. I just want to look good for my age. Fitness is a big part of that, but there other factors for me to feel good.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
