«Breaking News» Woman reveals Cardi B and Ariana Grande are the SAME age

A woman has sent Twitter into a tailspin after she reminded everyone Cardi B and Ariana Grande are both 25 years old. 

Lauren Milici, to her surprise, went viral after she announced online on Sunday that both Cardi B and Ariana Grande are the same age, and apparently most people did not know.

'The fact that Ariana Grande and Cardi B are the same age is a lot to process,' she wrote before revealing she also was 25 years old, which is why she was shocked by the revelation.

Older? Many people thought the rapper, pictured at the Harper's Bazaar event in September, was older. She recently married Migos rapper Offset, 26, and had a daughter with him 

Shocking: People were astonished by the revelation because Ariana, pictured at the Met Gala in May, looks young for her age

Curious: There were some people who were upset by the tweet and wanted to know exactly what a 25-year-old should look like 

But Twitter, being Twitter, blew up over the announcement — and some people were genuinely upset over why Lauren needed to 'process' the two recording artists being the same age.

'What's the requirement to look like a 25 yr old,' one person asked once the tweet started to gain traction. 

'I'm 25 and I look 12 so idk,' Lauren responded.  

A majority of commenters admitted they thought Cardi B — who recently married Migos rapper Offset, 26, and gave birth to their daughter — was in her early 30s.

And Cardi B fans were having none of the age discrimination against their icon.

'You said it's a lot to process. Sooo you find it hard to process there are other people in the world that are the same age as you?' One person asked Lauren after getting upset by the attacks on the rapper. 

Ariana fans were quick to point out that they grew up watching the singer while she was on Nickelodeon's Victorious, so that aids in some thinking she is younger.

Confused: People couldn't wrap their mind around Cardi B and Ariana being the same age 

Upset: But some  Cardi B fans did not understand why the two stars were being compared to each other 

Understanding: After a number of fans got upset, people came to the defense of Lauren saying she wasn't attacking either of the artists 

In the last year, Ariana has also accomplished prominent milestones by getting engaged to comedian Pete Davidson and buying her own apartment in New York City.

'I get what you are saying here...I don’t think you’re comparing them as artists. Just as two women that are the same age and act very differently,' one person wrote to the defense of Lauren, who was getting hit with upset people more than she anticipated. 

Lauren responded: 'Yes! And I love them both.'   

One thing is for certain, Lauren did not anticipate her tweet would cause the reaction it did after simply making a revelation. 

Since posting it on Sunday, the tweet has been shared more than 55,000 times.  

Another Twitter user joined in on the fun of confusing the public by revealing singer Gwen Stefani, 48, is one year older than politician Ted Cruz, 47.      

Now people are jokingly taking a break from Twitter to process these astounding facts.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
