Cincinnati police released dramatic body cam and surveillance footage showing a gunman calmly entering a local bank and fatally shooting three people and wounding two others just before he was shot by officers through a plate glass window.
The first part of the video shows police officers responding to reports of gunfire at Fifth Third Bancorp in downtown Cincinnati.
Body cam footage shows officers positioned outside of the building while taking cover.
A number of officers are then seen cautiously climbing the steps leading to the entrance of the 30-story office building.

The officer wearing the bodycam is seen gripping his handgun with both hands as he approaches the scene of the shooting.
As the officer climbs down a flight of stairs just outside of the building entrance, he begins to fire his weapon at a glass window.
Another officer is seen standing right beside him and engaging his weapon, which appears to be a semi-automatic rifle.
The officer then drops his rifle and instead uses his handgun.
The video then shows the officers approach the window after piercing it with bullets.
As they get closer, the gunman’s body comes into view, lying lifeless on the floor inside the bank.

The gunman was later identified as Omar Enrique Santa Perez, 29, who went on a shooting spree with a 9mm handgun.
In another video released by authorities, surveillance cameras from the bank lobby shows Perez nonchalantly enter the bank and begin to open fire.
Security footage from inside the lobby showed him firing while carrying a briefcase containing hundreds of rounds of ammunition over his shoulder.
Police later found his gun had jammed during the four-minute rampage, Police Chief Eliot Isaac said.
In the most graphic portion of the clip, Perez is seen violently falling over after he is shot by police officers who took up positions just outside of the bank.
Cincinnati investigators say Perez fired 35 rounds in a span of 4 minutes and 28 seconds, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
The three fatalities have been identified as Prudhvi Raj Kandepi, 25; Richard Newcomer, 64; and Luis Felipe Calderon, 48.
Two other people, a man and a woman, were wounded in the shooting spree before police officers arrived on the scene three minutes later and killed Perez.

The coroner, Dr. Lakshmi Sammarco, said she recognized the youngest fatality, Kandepi, from a local Hindu temple.
The two also shared the same hometown and language, Telugu.
Sammarco posted Wednesday on Facebook, asking how officials will explain to his parents in India 'they will never see their son again because of a senseless shooting in a foreign country.'
Police on Thursday identified the shooter as 29-year-old Omar Enrique Perez, who was shot and killed by police at the scene
The local Telugu Association of North America office said they plan to help Kandepi's father.
He wants his son's body to be taken back to India.
Cincinnati Enquirer reported that Kandepi worked as a programmer with a company called Tech Services.
Richard Newcomer worked for the Rhode Island-based Gilbane Building Company.
On Thursday, the 64-year-old father and grandfather from Amelia was a supervisor on an electrical project on the third floor of the bank when he was shot dead.
According to the description of a GoFundMe page, Luis Calderon was a married father of two, a boy and a girl.
Investigators said a suit-wearing Perez used a 9mm handgun and had an estimated 200 rounds or more of ammunition. So far, they have not found a motive.
Police Chief Eliot Isaac said investigators will study footage from the officers' body cameras and security from the 30-story building.
According to police, Perez had never worked at Fifth Third and don't have any information linking him to other businesses in the building.
Authorities believe that Perez had lived in the Cincinnati area since 2015. Police swarmed his apartment in North Bend, Ohio, about 15 miles.

Records show the shooter formerly lived in South Florida and had been charged with some non-violent crimes years ago.
Police said he went into a sandwich shop and possibly other businesses before entering the lobby and opening fire around 9.10am.
Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said the rapid police response probably prevented many more casualties. He said one investigator said it could have been 'a bloodbath beyond imagination.'
Leonard Cain told The Cincinnati Enquirer he was going into the bank when someone alerted him about the shooting. He said a woman wearing headphones didn't hear the warnings and walked into the bank and got shot.

One of the victims died at the scene. Two more died at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
The two wounded, a man and a woman, were listed there in critical condition and fair condition, respectively.
The Inquirer identified the female survivor as 37-year-old Whitney Austin of Louisville, Kentucky.
The married mother-of-two was shot 12 times on one side of her body, but the bullets missed all of her vital organs and arteries, Austin's neighbor told 9News.
Her brother-in-law Lonnie Gardner told the Courier Journal that she was conscious and called her husband of 12 years, Waller Austin, from the ambulance en route to the hospital.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
