Leeds are flying in the Championship this season under Marcelo Bielsa but have suffered an injury blow as Patrick Bamford has been ruled out for four months with a knee injury.
The striker suffered posterior cruciate ligament on Friday night while playing against Bristol City in an Under 23s match and now the severity of the injury has been found.
Bamford signed for £7million from Middlesborough, who currently sit joint top with Leeds, in the summer. After multiple set backs it appeared he was finally getting his career back on track.

Patrick Bamford has suffered a severe injury which will keep him on sidelines for four months
The 25-year-old has been kept out of the team by an in-form Kemar Roofe who already has four goals and two assists.
Bamford has been limited to substitute performances so far but has impressed while doing so, picking up an assist against Swansea.
Leeds Director of Football Victor Orta was saddened by the news: 'This is clearly disappointing for Patrick and for everyone at Leeds United.
'Patrick has settled in well, quickly becoming an important player for Marcelo Bielsa and a popular part of the group.
'We have an excellent medical team at the club and Patrick is in the best possible hands, he will be back available to us during an important part of the season and he will still play a key role in our campaign.'
Head of Medicine and Performance Rob Price has been tasked with getting Bamford back into the first team as quickly as possible and he is confident in doing just that: 'Patrick is a very fit footballer and whilst this is a setback for all concerned, we have spoken to some of the best consultants in the country to make the correct diagnosis quickly.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
