«Breaking News» Duo is sentenced to prison for robbing bank disguised as nun

Two women are headed to prison for their role in a month-long crime spree across two states, including an attempted bank robbery in Pennsylvania where they dressed as nuns.

Melisa Aquino Arias, 24, of Passaic, New Jersey, received a 37-month sentence Wednesday.

Her co-conspirator Swahilys Pedraza-Rodriguez, 20, of New Haven, Connecticut, received a 15-month sentence Thursday.

The women pleaded guilty in June to robbing a bank in Garfield, New Jersey, while wearing a head covering and conspiring to steal money from an ATM at a bank in Scotrun, Pennsylvania.

Aria's guilty plea came just weeks after her co-defendant Pedraza-Rodriguez pleaded guilty to the same offenses

Both women faced up to 41 years in prison but received about three years.

The pair were arrested about two weeks after the Garfield robbery, when they went to a Teaneck bank and asked about opening an account.

An employee recognized them and called police.

The FBI posted surveillance photos of the Pennsylvania heist on Twitter, showing the women in nun attire, with sunglasses and flashing handguns.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
