«Breaking News» Can you tell the River Island homeware from designer replicas?

You might associate River Island with crop tops and embellished jeans much loved by teenagers, but now the high street store has branched out into homeware for the first time.

The 160-piece collection goes on sale on 25th September with prices starting at a purse-friendly £5 and contains three ranges: pared back Scandi-Luxe, Electric Opulence in rich colours and fabrics and fun and kitsch Baby Doll.

And the offerings are surprisingly high-end looking, especially minimalist Scandi pieces such as a pair of nesting hexagonal tables and a marble-effect tray with gold handles.

A faded Persian rug for £80 is a convincing alternative to an antique piece for £582, while you can snap up a marble and gold tray for £50, as opposed to a high end replica for £177.

But can you tell the new River Island piece from homeware costing up to seven times the price?

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
