Binky Felstead, 28, and Josh 'JP' Patterson, 29, put on an emotional display on Sunday, hours before she confirmed their split on social media.
The MIC star confirmed that they've called time on their relationship on her Instagram on Monday, just a year and a half after welcoming their daughter, India, last summer.
Ahead of announcing their split, the pair were overcome with emotion as they celebrated Josh completing the physical feat in a wheelchair in the German city.

Congratulating him on completing the challenge, emotional Binky wrapped her arms around the MIC star and hugged him tightly as he caught his breath.
The reality star donned a pair of denim jeans, white T-shirt and wrapped a check red shirt around her waist for the occasion as their daughter India was wrapped up asleep in her buggy.
Being supportive, Binky placed her hand on Josh's shoulder while he showcased his marathon medal, before joining the rest of his family.
Exhausted following his physically demanding challenge, E4 star Josh placed his hands on his thigh while he found the energy to continue chatting.

Their emotional appearance comes as Binky and Josh confirmed their relationship had come to an end on their respective social media channels.
Taking to Instagram, Binky shared a statement: 'Hi guys, We have some news to share with you and we wanted you to hear it from us, so that things don't get twisted by hear say or speculation.
'So with that in mind, it is with a heavy heart we have to tell you that we have decided to separate as a couple.
'We are still a family and India is, and will always be the absolute light of our lives.
Adding: 'However we have realised we are on very different paths at the moment, although we still adore each other, we need to give each other the space to grow.
'There are no secrets and no one has been hurt in any way, we now more forward with love, friendship and a deep respect for one another and the family we are 110% committed too.
'We have been going through this privately for a while and we are now in a good place. We won't be commenting on this further. Lots of love, Josh & Binky xxx'.
It was reported earlier in the day that they had called time on their relationship.
Sources close to the pair had said they 'tried for months' to make it work, but had called time on their relationship.
The pair, whose romance blossomed on the E4 structured reality series Made In Chelsea, had a rocky start to their relationship, with it taking a while to get off the ground after meeting in 2015.
But at the beginning of 2017 they announced they had reconciled, during a break, and conceived daughter India in the interim.

The couple welcomed the baby in June 2017, and moved in together, with their first steps as new parents documented on spin off series Born In Chelsea. MailOnline have contacted the couple for comment.
According to The Sun, a source close to Binky and JP said: 'Binky and JP haven’t got on for a long time. They felt under pressure to stay together for India but after months of trying have realised it’s better for everyone if they separate.
'Josh absolutely loves being a father to India and runs a number of his own businesses which keep him busy and Binky has a lot of separate commitments too.
'Binky supported Josh as he completed the Berlin marathon this weekend in a wheelchair – the pair definitely will continue to enjoy each other’s company as a family but are just no longer romantically involved.'
Indeed, the trio were snapped looking ever the happy family when out and about in Germany on Sunday.
When they announced they were expecting, Binky said at the time: 'My first reaction when I saw the test, honestly? It was "s**t". My heart stopped. I burst into tears. Josh and I weren't talking at the time and I was really overwhelmed.'
Of their romantic reconciliation, Josh added: 'It happened organically, suddenly we were spending more time with each other.'
Binky added: 'We have always loved each other. The love was never gone. When we broke up... it was only a couple of weeks before we found out about me being pregnant. And for me, those two weeks showed that I've always missed him.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
