Brayden Pond, 17, was arraigned on Tuesday in Yellowstone County Court on five counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
The Billings High school student is accused of raping the girls, aged between 14 and 17, on various occasions last year.
Pond, who has been charged as an adult, is accused of raping his alleged victims in a parking lot, at a house party and in his truck.
According to charging documents obtained by the KRTV, a 16-year-old girl alleges she was raped by Pond as she was 'blacking out' and another 16-year-old claims she was assaulted in a parking lot late at night.
Two 14-year-old girls claim they were raped by Pond in separate incidents after he helped one get alcohol and then another in his truck in an open field.
A 17-year-old claim has alleged she was raped by Pond, who she says was a stranger, at a house party.
One of his alleged victims said Pond told her during the attack that 'no one is going to know about this, no one is going to find out, and I'm not going to tell anyone about this'.

Court documents say that Pond also threatened another one of his victims, telling her she 'better keep her mouth shut about it'.
A number of victims said the football player overpowered them even though they were pleading with him to stop.
Police started investigating Pond in January.
Authorities had received a report from the mother of one of the victims back in November alleging that she had been raped by Pond. She said she didn't want to press charges at the time.
Pond attended Skyview High School as a sophomore. Some of his alleged victims were also students at that school.
He will face court again on September 13 to determine if his case should return to a juvenilec court.
Pond is facing life in prison if convicted.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
