Doing the laundry is a chore few enjoy.
But one savvy woman has revealed how she intends to save 'a lot of money and time in the next 20 years'.
Writing on Facebook, Jen explained that when her washing machine recently broke, she decided to invest in a commercial quality machine instead of another regular washer.
She hasn't looked back since - and claims that the industrial product will save her hours and thousands of dollars in the future.

While the savvy woman spent a total of $6000 on the washer (pictured), she said that she has already been able to do her washing in double as quick a time and it will last 25 years
'[It was] a big investment but hopefully worthwhile for larger families,' Jen posted on a budgeting Facebook group, adding that the Speed Queen machine is especially beneficial if you have 'a lot of washing to do'.
'I found my machine that was three years old decided to sh*t itself,' she posted. 'I burn through machines quickly!'.
Rather than buy another regular washing machine that Jen would 'overload and overuse' and pay thousands of dollars for, she decided to try a Speed Queen commercial washer.
While she paid $5295 for the machine and an extra $800 for installation, Jen said that they have been designed to last an impressive 25 years with at-home use.
'I was extremely lucky enough to have my husband's insurer help pay for my new washer and dryer (the difference in cost for domestic v industrial), BUT I have saved two days of washing in the one day that would usually take me three,' Jen said.
'Does a quick 8kg (max load is 10kg) wash in 26 minutes to the max intensive wash at one hour!',' Jen said of the machine (stock image)
Speaking about the effects of using the Speed Queen, the savvy woman said it's 'fabulous'.
'Does a quick 8kg (max load is 10kg) wash in 26 minutes to the max intensive wash at one hour!',' Jen said.
She said that the dryer is 'also super efficient', and while it is industrial and so will use a lot of power, she has solar so she is hoping it will be 'less expensive'.

'I looked at just getting an extra large 20kg top loader, but the basic wash programmes for clothing still took 1.5 to two hours,' she said.
'With this 8kg, I can get 24 kilograms done in three hours maximum! Far less electricity long term.
'For us, with the last twelve years, and over $6,000 on machines, if it lasts for 15 I'll be happy.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
