«Breaking News» Nottingham Forest in talks to land free agent Claudio Yacob

Claudio Yacob is in talks over a move to Nottingham Forest.

The Argentine midfielder is a free agent after leaving West Bromwich Albion in the summer and has been offered a deal to link up with Aitor Karanka at the City Ground.

Karanka is understood to be already under pressure after an indifferent start to the season with Forest and his side's performance at Brentford last weekend.

Nottingham Forest are in talks with Claudio Yacob over a potential move to the City Ground

Free agent Panagiotis Tachtsidis joined Forest on Wednesday after leaving Olympiacos and he will be joined by 31-year-old Yacob.

Forest have also spoken to Iran international Karim Ansarifard but he would struggle to gain a work permit.

Yacob's former club West Brom, meanwhile, are giving trials to former Norwich City players Wes Hoolahan and Russell Martin.

Hoolahan, 36, and Martin, 32, have been training at Albion this week as they look to earn short-term contracts.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
