«Breaking News» Gisele Bundchen smoked a pack of cigarettes EVERY DAY

Gisele Bundchen is one of the most successful models of all time - and as she heads toward 40 she is looking better than ever thanks to daily yoga sessions.

But when the wife of Tom Brady was starting out in the early 2000s, she had some bad habits to cope with her crippling anxiety.

The 38-year-old Vogue favorite reveals in her new memoir, Lessons: My Path To A Meaningful Life: 'I had been smoking cigarettes, drinking a bottle of wine and three mocha frappacinos every day.'

Bad habits: Gisele Bundchen used to smoke a pack of cigarettes a day and drink three frapuccinos - as well as a bottle of wine a day - to deal with stress, she has said; seen in 2004

It was when she landed a $25 million contract with Victoria's Secret in 2000 and she started dating Leonardo DiCaprio that Gisele's life really transformed and she was thrust into the spotlight.

It was around this time she started suffering panic attacks, her first one happening on a bumpy flight on a small plane in 2003.

She explains that she also developed a fear of tunnels, elevators and other enclosed spaces and recalls feeling confused and frustrated about why it was happening when everything in her life was going so well.

'I had a wonderful position in my career, I was very close to my family, and I always considered myself a positive person, so I was really beating myself up. Like, "Why should be feeling this?"

'I felt like I wasn't allowed to feel bad,' she writes. 'But I felt powerless. Your world becomes smaller and smaller, and you can't breathe, which is the worst feeling I've ever had.'

Soul-searching: She is pictured with Leo in 2005 just before they split. Gisele reveals in her memoir that her panic attacks became so severe that it forced her to question her relationships

The attacks would also happen when she was at home leading to Gisele considering taking drastic action to relieve herself of her suffering.

'I actually had the feeling of, "If I just jump off my balcony, this is going to end, and I never have to worry about this feeling of my world closing in."'

Gisele says she was prescribed Xanax but didn't want to rely on medication to solve her issues.

It was then she underwent a lifestyle overhaul, looking at her diet and aspects of her life which might have been causing stress.

She looked at her diet, cutting out sugar and tried yoga and meditation to combat her stress.

'I thought, if this stuff is in any way the cause of this pain in my life, it's gotta go.'

At this point Gisele also looked at her personal relationships, realizing she was 'alone' in her soul-searching and decided to end her relationship with DiCaprio in 2005.

Gisele now reflects on that time in her life as a period of growth and learning.

'Everyone who crosses our path is a teacher, they come into our lives to show us something about ourselves,' she says.

'And I think that’s what he was. What is good versus bad? I honor him for what he was.'

She has also shared that she has struggled learning how to cope with raising two kids when both she and her husband had big careers.

In an excerpt shared with People, the leggy wonder added, 'You’re overwhelmed and tired and then you’re not the nicest partner.'

The author also said: 'Things can be looking perfect on the outside, but you have no idea what’s really going on.'

After having kids, she worked less. But she still felt bad.

'I had all this horrible, self-imposed guilt. I thought what a terrible mother I was for leaving my child even for like a day,' she says.

And when she took the kids to work she felt guilty for that too. 'Like, "Here we are on a plane and the baby is crying."'

And the tension that comes with parenting has hurt her marriage, she said.

Brady often trains 12 hours a day.

And there are the ups and downs of marriage: 'When someone you love is happy, it makes you happy, or if they’re sad it makes you sad. You suffer with them and you have joy with them.'

But she seems to have a smart way of dealing with marital conflict.

After he sent her an angry note, she told him: 'I was ready to speak whenever he was ready to resume the conversation in a loving and respectful way.'

The catwalk vet added, 'I felt like maybe it was time to share some of my vulnerabilities, and it made me realize, everything I’ve lived through, I would never change, because I think I am who I am because of those experiences,' the Vogue cover girl said in an excerpt shared to People.

Also in her bombshell book Bündchen revealed she underwent breast augmentation three years ago.

It's the first time the looker has discussed the procedure after she was rumored to have gone under the knife in 2015.

She admits she had the surgery after her breasts were left smaller and slightly uneven after breastfeeding her two children.

'I was always praised for my body, and I felt like people had expectations from me that I couldn’t deliver,' Gisele tells People.

'I felt very vulnerable, because I can work out, I can eat healthy, but I can’t change the fact that both of my kids enjoyed the left boob more than the right.

'All I wanted was for them to be even and for people to stop commenting on it.' she says.

The supermodel reveals she went under the knife, discreetly, in 2015.

Around that time Gisele was pictured with sister Rafaela wearing burqas to disguise themselves as they entered a cosmetic surgery clinic in Paris, France.

It was a decision Gisele says she immediately regretted.

'When I woke up, I was like, "What have I done?" I felt like I was living in a body I didn’t recognize,' she says. 'For the first year I wore [baggy] clothes because I felt uncomfortable.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
