And Danny Dyer's acting origins certainly set him on the right path as his first acting role saw him star opposite Helen Mirren in ITV drama Prime Suspect in 1993 while playing a sullen teenager being grilled in a police station.

The 41-year-old EastEnders star, then aged just 16, was rocking a wholly different look to his favoured spiked-up hair as he sported a greasy bob and a beaten-up face as his character Martin Fletcher gave sass to Mirren's DCI Jane Tennison.

His illustrious TV work carried on beyond the cop drama as went on to appear in a number of shows including Soldier Soldier, A Touch Of Frost, Hotel Babylon, Skins, Hollyoaks and Casualty - however he initially turned down EastEnders.

Making a hollow vow not to star on the BBC soap until he was 'fat, bald and fifty', this soon changed when he was confirmed to scoop the role of Queen Vic’s landlord, Mick Carter back in 2013 - a part he now plays to this day. 

Danny is now worth a reported £3.8million, and previously admitted he was in a dire financial situation prior to taking the EastEnders role.

He said: 'I didn't have an audition, they rung me up, I had a touch. They rung me up and said 'Listen, we want you to come in the show, take over the Queen Vic'...

'At the time I was skint and I just had about enough petrol money to get there, that's the truth.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
