«Breaking News» The Bachelor's Romy Poulier's Bachelor walk-out wasn't scripted

Romy Poulier is fiercely denying that her sensational storm-out on Thursday night's episode of The Bachelor was scripted by producers. 

Speaking to KIIS Celeb HQ on Friday, the actress insisted her shock decision to reject a rose from Nick 'Honey Badger' Cummins was authentic - and spontaneous.

'It was an on the spot [decision], I swear on my life, hand on heart, I swear to God! I hadn't even packed my bag,' Romy, 30, told hosts Zoe Marshall and John Caldwell.

At the time Romy couldn't explain her impulsive actions, but she now believes it was intuition guiding her - as she got to speak to her father later that evening, just hours before he suffered a debilitating stroke.

Despite walking away from a shot at love, Romy says she'd still sleep with Nick if he was single. 

'100%. Without a doubt. I love a man with a mo! Call me, Nick!' she cheekily replied when the hosts asked if she'd 'shag' The Bachelor.

Meanwhile, the controversial contestant spoke with other media on Friday, where she tried to quash rumours she was paid to create drama on the show.

Speaking on The Project with co-star Cat Henesy, she said: 'I was not a planted actress by the producers or the network or anything like that.'

'That was a misunderstanding, so I was a contestant along with everybody else.'

Rumours of Romy's authenticity started after she was revealed to be a professional actress in the real world, shortly after her casting for The Bachelor had been announced.

She added fuel to the fire this week following her exit from the reality series when she implied on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she was simply an actress doing an acting job on the show.  

'I'm an actress and I was paid [to be] on the show,' she told Kyle and Jackie O on Friday, following her dramatic departure from the program.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
