«Breaking News» Bachelor 'villain' Romy Poulier reveals the REAL reason Tenille Favios fled in tears

She became one of the most hated women in Australia last week, after she was accused of 'bullying' Tenille Favios on The Bachelor.

But former contestant Romy Poulier, 29, claims she's the real victim because producers sypposedly misrepresented the explosive scene that saw Tenille storm off the set in tears.

The reality TV 'villain' said the scene was heavily edited to make it look like she and Cat Henesey ganged up on Tenille and that it was actually 'all the girls' who drove the Queensland flight attendant to tears.

'The reason she ran away was actually because all the girls chimed in, then she obviously freaked out and ran away,' she told the Hit Network's Josiah and Elly this week.

'She actually didn't run away because of me at all. It looked like I went up to her twice and then she ran away, but actually, the second time I went up to her was when she'd come back and I asked if she was OK.

Romy claims the 'whole house' took issue with the fact that Tenille, 25, boasted about kissing Bachelor Nick Cummins on their solo date despite previously saying she would never kiss on the first date.

'I think she was feeling a bit ostracised, but to be fair, it wasn't a very nice thing (for her) to do, it was insensitive and it upset a lot of the girls.'

Romy, Cat, 24, and Alisha Aitken-Radburn, 25, were criticised by viewers last week for their 'mean girl antics' and they all left the show during the same episode.

After their spectacular exits from the show on Thursday's episode, Cat and Romy said they are now feeling remorseful about their behaviour.

'We do apologise for offending people and we do regret some of the things we did in there,' said 25-year-old Cat.

'We just don't condone bullying, it's not in either of our nature,'  Romy, 30, added.

However, it appeared  The Project's audience may not have found the sentiment sincere, with audible laughter heard in the background.

Continuing to appear contrite, Romy then claimed: 'The last couple of episodes have certainly been quite shocking and questionable and uncomfortable to watch at the best of times, that's for sure'.

The two both agreed that their behaviour was 'absolutely' worse than they realised.

An emotional-looking Cat then revealed she's been attacked by online trolls since the show went to air.

'I'm getting death threats, I'm getting told to kill myself, all sorts of insults to my appearance but yes, we have got a great support network and we have got each other, so it's definitely been a challenging week, that's for sure,' she stated.

Both women have limited comments on their social media accounts.

On Thursday night's episode of The Bachelor,  Nick 'Honey Badger' Cummins sent Cat home after getting wind of her 'mean' behaviour directed at co-stars.

While Romy was offered a rose, she chose to reject the chance to stay on the program, also leaving the mansion in spectacular fashion.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
