An early start is something the personal trainer makes a priority. Each morning she will wake up at 5.30am sharp.
She revealed her day begins with a special concoction - one she swears helps to combat bloating.
'I start my day with a mug of hot water, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, lemon and a drop of honey to help stimulate my digestive system,' she told Husskie.
Next, coffee (her choice is an almond latte) is on the agenda, but Melissa said this is strictly limited to one per day.

Given exercise forms a big part of her day, breakfast is the one meal that's highest in carbs.
This may consist of one of her favourites: carrot cake protein oats or two pieces of toast spelt toast spread with cottage cheese and topped with two poached eggs.
By 10am a mid-morning snack is in order and in the spirit of keeping things simple, she said this will either be a banana or berries served with a dollop of yoghurt.

While a daily exercise routine is important the type of workout depends on how Melissa is feeling on the day
A 1.30pm lunch is also a fuss-free affair and usually consists of a protein-packed salad.
'Tuna or grilled chicken salad with a VERY generous portion of spinach leaves, roasted sweet potato, capsicum, cherry tomato, cucumber, and purple cabbage topped with balsamic vinegar and pepita seeds or buckinis for a yummy crunch! She said.
While her workouts vary depending on the day and how she is feeling, the time remains the same. This is usually at 4pm.
She enjoys KX Pilates (KX refers to a type of pilates known as the Kaizen eXperience), HIIT or a long walk and will follow a workout with a small protein bar or protein shake if she is hungry and to aid in muscle recovery.
7pm evening meal tends to run along the lines of 'meat and three veg',' Melissa said.
Her go-to choice is Teriyaki-baked chicken or salmon with 'a big serving of steamed greens'.

And while dessert isn't part of the equation, a cup of English Breakfast or peppermint tea served with two squares of dark chocolate or chia bliss balls helps quell sweet cravings.
'Leaving three hours between dinner and bed really helps combat my digestive issues and bloating,' she said.
'My partner and I do a @headspace_aus meditation session together every night and it puts us straight to sleep every time.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
