«Breaking News» Mother nearly chokes her 16-month-old baby to death

A mother of a 16-month-old baby nearly chocked her son to death when her long hair became wrapped around his neck like a noose as they slept.

Emma Chipili, 35, was asleep in bed with baby Lincoln when she woke to find him struggling to breathe and her hair tangled around his throat.

Her long brown hair had come loose in the night and was like a noose suffocating the helpless tot who was choking in terror.

In a panic she tried to loosen her hair but pulled it even tighter.

Luckily her husband Justin had just come in from work and was able to rescue his little boy before it was too late.

Mrs Chipili said: 'I ran down the stairs screaming holding Lincoln to the side of my head. Justin had just got home - he literally started ripping my hair out.'

Mother-of-six Emma went on to social media to warn other mothers with long hair about the dangers.

She said: 'Lincoln has always bed-shared with me since he was a baby, but I'm always aware of being careful with my hair.

'I had loosened my hair a bit because I had a headache. I fell asleep and I could feel him moving around. I woke up and realised my hair was tight around him.

'I started to panic but as I tried to undo my hair it kept getting tighter.'

Mrs Chipili, of Ferndale, Rhondda, South Wales, has slept with Lincoln alongside her in bed dozens of times before.

Carer Mrs Chipili said: 'It all happened so quickly. I tried to get my fingers between my hair and his neck but the gap was too tight.

'I was really hoping that someone else was there. It was scary. I was crying and shouting for help.'

Lincoln was left with a red mark around his neck after his lucky escape late on Tuesday night.

Emma added: 'I just want other mums to be aware how easily this can happen - they should always wear a bobble if they share a bed with their kids.

'I have always followed the rules with that sort of thing. A lot of people wouldn't know, a lot of people wouldn't think about it.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
