«Breaking News» Dapper Laughs welcomes second child with Shelley Rae as he shares first picture of daughter Roux

Dapper Laughs has welcomed his second child with fiancée Shelley Rae.

The former CBB star, 34, revealed the joyous news on Monday as he shared a sweet first snap of his newborn resting on Shelley's chest. 

He gushed that he was 'completely in love' with the newborn, as he revealed they had named her Roux Harper Benita O’Reilly.

The pair - who are already parents to two-year-old daughter Neve - were previously told that Shelley wouldn't be able to have more children. 

Yet they defied the odds, and Dapper Laughs - real name David Daniel O'Reilly - shared a sweet picture of their newborn daughter, which he captioned:  'Welcome to the world Roux Harper Benita O’Reilly.

'Born at 9.43am 23/12/18 weighing 7lbs2oz. We are completely in love'.  

The comedian also shared a clip of the pair leaving the hospital, as he joked that he would be hiring out his services as a birthing partner as he's good at 'emotional support', whilst Shelley hit back that he was actually an 'emotional wreck'.

The former CBB star first confirmed they were expecting a second child to The Sun, back in July saying, 'She's pregnant again. 

'She was told she couldn't have babies the first time around. The second time, this time, she was just about to go in a do tests and we were just trying.'

Dapper Laughs - whose real name is Daniel O'Reilly - said they were putting their wedding plans on hold until their new arrival comes.

The pair are also planning to finish their home renovations before tying the knot.

He explained: 'We've got a new house so we're finishing that off and we've going to wait until this baby comes and then we're going to plan the wedding.

He got down on one knee mid-interview and asked his long-term love to marry him - prompting her to break down in tears.

Dapper had been recalling his experience of living in the Celebrity Big Brother house and confessed that he'd had a lot of time to think while starring on the Channel 5 reality series. 

Turning to his girlfriend, he said: 'Do you know what, when I was in the house, every day I regretted I didn't ask you... so will you marry me?'

He then presented Shelley with a make-shift ring, as she broke down in tears at the romantic gesture.

In the moment: Dapper had turned to his girlfriend mid-interview and said: 'Do you know what, when I was in the house, every day I regretted I didn't ask you... so will you marry me?'

Revealing he had been planning on popping the question while waiting for a response, Dapper said: 'Is that a yes? Sorry about the ring, Ginuwine made it for me, but we'll trade it in for a better one.' 

Taken aback by the scenes unfolding in front of her, a shocked Emma quipped: 'You shot that ring on before she could say no,' to Dapper, as they resumed their post-eviction chat. 

Insisting that he will still go about his proposal in the traditional way (or as close to it as he could), Dapper claimed he would 'double check' with Shelley's dad that he was OK with him asking her to marry him. 

Ever the comedian, he then couldn't resist joking: 'Is the ring all right? You won't need another on as well.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
