«Breaking News» A man has been caught allegedly getting kitten high on cannabis, sparking outrage

This is the shocking moment a man gets a tiny kitten high by blowing marijuana smoke into her face.

Footage of the New Zealand man lighting up what appears to be a home-made bong before he blowing smoke at the kitten has sparked outrage online. 

The video, which was originally shared on Snapchat over the weekend, has caught attention of animal welfare groups, who have launched an investigation.

Footage captures a woman holding the tiny kitten as the man, from Taranaki, in New Zealand's north island, prepares to light the empty drink bottle.

'This cat I've only found today, so it's new. Roughly about five, six weeks old,' he can be heard saying.

'This is going to be its second time getting stoned.

'Cruel but not wrong, all my other cats are used to it.'

He cups his hands around the kittens face as he blows smoke from his mouth. 

Social media users have been left fuming over the incident. 

'People who hurt animals need be fed to the pigs f****** maggot meat,' one person said.

'This cat I've only found today, so it's new. Roughly about five, six weeks old,' the man can be heard saying in the video

'This is absolutely hideous.... both he and she should be accountable for their very poor, stupid, dumb a*** behaviour honestly a dried out roasted peanut has more of a brain than these two! Those poor wee cats,' another person said. 

The man could face animal cruelty charges under the Animal Welfare Act, however, no charges have yet been made. 

SPCA New Plymouth spokeswoman Jackie Poles Smith said the organisation was taking the situation 'very seriously'.

'Our inspectorate team has been working on it over the weekend, but for legal reasons at this stage we're unable to make any comment.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
