Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun thought the star was 'going to die' when he was going through a rough patch in 2014.
The 24-year-old singer suffered a string of negative incidents including arrests for assault, driving offences and vandalism between 2013 and 2014, and his manager Scooter - who also manages Ariana Grande and Carly Rae Jepsen - has now said he used to have a recurring nightmare in which the Sorry hitmaker died.
'There was a time when I would go to sleep almost every night - when he had the money to fly away from me - and I was worried every night that I was going to lose him,' said the Hollywood executive.

Bieber was only 20-years-old at the time.
'I thought he was going to die. I thought he was going to sleep one night and that he would have so much crap in his system that he would not wake up the next morning,' Braun told Van Lathan's The Red Pill Podcast.
The 37-year old pop manager encouraged the Love Yourself singer to take a break from music.

His manager told him to stop: Scooter added: 'He used to yell and scream at me, and he wanted to put music out, he wanted to tour, but I thought if he did that, he would die. So, I just refused.' Seen in 2012
He wanted the Canadian to focus on his health at the time.
But Justin insisted he should keep on top of his career.
Scooter added: 'He used to yell and scream at me, and he wanted to put music out, he wanted to tour, but I thought if he did that, he would die. So, I just refused.'
Justin - who is now engaged to supermodel Hailey Baldwin - has turned his life around.
She was his rock: In 2014, Bieber was trying to recover from a bad split from Selena Gomez whom he started dating in 2011
Scooter insists that it was the star's own decision to get help.
'I think he made a conscious choice for himself to change, I think for a year and a half I failed miserably trying to help him, because for year and a half he didn't change ... It wasn't until one day he woke up and said, "Hey I need to talk to you, I don't want to be that person anymore,"' said Scooter.
'[He's an] extraordinary young man who's been given an extraordinary life.
'And he used to complain, and he used to fight it and that's when he got into a dark place, but when he accepted his responsibility and took a hard look at himself and not what everyone was doing, that's when he owned it and he got healthy.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
