Jenna, who is the daughter of former President George W Bush, spoke at her grandfather's state funeral after her cousins Lauren Bush Lauren and Ashley Walker Bush.

The 37-year-old delivered a reading from Revelation 21:1-4; 6-7; 23-25 to the mourners at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC.

The Today show anchor wore a black dress with a laced neckline while delivering her reading. She left her hair curled and hanging just below her shoulders.

It came after Jenna read a love letter to her grandfather on the Today show on Monday after the news of his death was announced last Friday.

She decided to write a love letter to her grandfather as it was revealed he had a history of writing similar letters to his wife, Barbara Bush, throughout their 73-year-long marriage.

One love letter penned by Jenna was read earlier this year after the death of Barbara at age 92 and he decided to continue the tradition for her grandfather.

'Whatever demands were placed on him in his professional life, and there were many, we all knew we could count on him. He made each of us feel adored, always. He was our rock,' Jenna said during the heartfelt tribute on Monday.

'I'm sure that every one of his grandchildren thinks that he loves them the most. He just always makes every person feel so special,' she continued.

Jenna also appeared in a pre-taped segment for Today on Wednesday morning with twin sister Barbara Pierce Bush, who revealed she moved up her wedding so her grandfather could attend.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
